Location is excellent for Hampton Court, easily accessible from the tube and close to shops/bars while also being relatively quiet. Flat is bright and clean, especially spacious which was welcome!

Parking space advertised but other residents often took up the space/didn’t leave enough room for another car which made parking tricky. As the top floor flat it could do with a fan as there is ongoing construction across the street which meant an open window was a disturbed nights sleep. You also cannot use the kitchen- it’s not well kitted out and smells strongly of gas. There’s either a leak or spill which either way made it impossible to spend much time in the kitchen.

It was in a very convenient location, near places to shop and near places of historical interest. I also enjoyed having full cooking facilities.

The addition of an electric fan in the bedroom would be nice.

It was a great location. Apartment was bright and sunny. The bed was comfortable. The rooms were nicely decorated and kitchen good size. Communication was good and key access was straightforward. Also Melodie gave us lots of useful information about local area and transport.

The shower in the bath was not the best to access as you needed to step in and out at the end of the bath. There was no access from side. Tricky for older people. A handle would help. Also water went everywhere. In the bathroom and there was a strong smell of gas in the kichen which worried us. Also maybe time for new mugs. We could not get BBC or ITV free to air channels on the TV. Only online channels seem to be available. instructions would have been helpful.

Beautiful flat and very clean. They provided towels, soap, teabags etc. Great location and the road was pretty quiet. The host sent us detailed instructions for access well in advance.

Three bulbs had gone. The main light and a lamp in the living room + one of the bedroom lamps. There was a strange smell of gas in the kitchen, no matter how long we kept the window open.
