Quiet neighbourhood and others in the apartment

It’s a basement flat so not as light and bright as a first or second floor apartment. The garden is grass - a few plants and flowers would be nice. 🙂

location was close to my work. Green peaceful area, supermarket nearby, bus stop nearby, restaurants nearby. The bed was comfortable. Wifi OK. It was perfectly clean.

the apartment is located under the ground floor. The climate in the apartment feels clammy. Bad smell. Therefor the atmosphere was not really inviting.

I was firstly skeptical about this booking as it didn't have many pictures. However, it turned out to be great. The room was tidy and clean when we entered. and had everything you'd except as listed on the website. there was also great communication with the owner via whatsapp.

Upon closer inspection there were a few hair strands belonging to a woman on the bed upon arrival which isn't the worst thing however perhaps a little bit more attention to this could've been better

A great little apartment, immaculate with every facility, that suited me perfectly because I wanted to be in Psychiko to be near family. But it is 20 mins in a cab from the centre so check your locations. Excellent value, and money saved on not being in city centre meant I wasn’t bothered about a few more taxis than usual. Uber easy to get.

The outside and lobby looked a bit tired but the inside of the property was far from it. Bottle of water in fridge would have been nice and maybe squeeze in a casual chair.

Very stylish and very clean flat with all the equipment a home needs (looks even better in real). Also it a has a nice balcony garden view. The neighborhood is nice and its easy to even get a parking at all times. The price was also very good. The host was really helpful and always there when we needed him. I would recommend it to everyone and book it any time soon. thank you

The humidity because it is ground floor. The distance from the metro station.
