When we stayed hotel is only 3 months old. Beautifully renovated completely. Excellent location and Pueblo historic central is incredible.

Being new hotel is establishing processes. We enjoyed long leisurely breakfasts.

Great Location. It can be a bit loud but that is expected since you are at the center of it all. Enjoyed the rooftop restaurant with a view. The hotel is very clean with beautiful decor.

Constant issue with no water, low water pressure, or only hot or cold water working. My family members also had similar issues with their room. They offered us other rooms and those rooms had same issues. The staff did not seem surprised that the room had water issues. Based on other reviews written by guests, I did expect low water pressure but not no water or only 1 temperature. This was not my 1st trip to Puebla and have stayed in various hotels in the Zocalo, Angelopolis, and other areas in Puebla. Look around 1st before booking here. For the price, you can find better and cheaper hotels. I gave it a 6 instead of lower rating because the location is great, the staff was friendly, and the rooms size was appropriate. I would opt out of getting the breakfast included since it is very limited to a fruit plate and your option of only pancakes or eggs any style. I do recommend instead to get their breakfast off the menu since it has a good variety.

The hotel is completely renovated.

We had a room with a "window" that had a view to nowhere really. So all in all a very dark room and we were just happy that we only had to stay one night.

The location is nice, in the heart of Puebla City.

The balance Price vs. Quality does not compensate at all. The rooms are very small, the view is to the air conditioning unit that sound all the time. The hotel is excessive expensive for the normal prices of hotels in Puebla. Balance price-quality is really bad. They do not include breakfast, they don't even have connected services at the hotel.

I think its location is unbeatable.

The staff was incredibly disorganized and the hotel place is a bit of a mess… the bathrooms inside the rooms have some sort of issue because they smell terribly like sewer. it also felt crazy expensive; definitely not worth it! it should be half the price on its best day.
