Villa Cintra est un ensemble de deux maisons situées dans le centre historique de Sintra. Ils sont dans une propriété d'environ 20 000 mètres carrés avec de beaux jardins.
Il dispose de 5 chambres - 10 lits, 4 salles de bains, 2 cuisines. Maximum 12 personnes.

We were a group of 9: 2 grandparents, myself/wife and our 2 children, my sister/brother in law and their child.
Pros: lots of indoor and outdoor space, great pool, fantastic location adjacent to the Quinta, walkable (if you’re motivated) to the Palacio Nacional, great communication with hosts, who were very friendly (property has been in the family for 5 generations)
Other notes: kitchens are very simply furnished. Mostly everything you’d need, but definitely nothing you won’t.

Ana was wonderful, My family and I felt like royalty stay in this picturesque setting. The location was great a quick walk to town and a great hike to the castles. Everyone wants to go back !

This estate has been in the owners family for 7 generations! The history, charm and character of this historical gem absolutely blew my mind! The grounds were amazing and the views no matter where you look all made this a truly unique stay. The floral scent that hung over the property only added to its enviable charm. The owner was gracious and welcoming. If you are thinking in staying any where in the this area, I cannot recommend this place enough! I want to write an historical romance novel here as inspiration, if only I was a novelist!!!

We were a party of 6 adults traveling from a week in the Algarve for a 3 day stay in Sintra. The communication and check in process was very easy and we were met at the gate and shown the property. The location is fantastic - it backs right up to Quinta Regaliera and is walking (but a long walk) to the Montserrate - and directly across the street from the Palace Setrais luxury hotel (with a great spa). There are two houses - I stayed in the smaller residence which was very well appointed and cozy. Sintra is a magical place and your stay here will make it even more magical!!!

Great stay in a beautiful property
We visited Portugal with the family for the first time. We wanted a place cooler away from the beach with pool to balance a good time between the beach and staying in the property. We had two families, 4 adults and 4 kids. Property is very convenient for two families since you have two houses with separate rooms, laundry and kitchen for every family. Ana is a great host and the experience was painless and straight forward.

The Perfect Host
We are all looking for a break from current, but temporary, travel (and life) restrictions and looking forward to travel to new places allows us to see a world after Covid. Until that point, Covid will and does impact our ability to travel and so what travellers need are understanding and flexible hosts who work with us to make sure that our dreams for travel come true. Leonor, our host, is everything a traveller could want and hope for as we all work through this period and my entire extended family is grateful for her and how she has supported and continues to support our travel to Portugal. Villa Cintra
Ein landschaftlich schön gelegenes Objekt mit einer herrlichen Aussicht. Ideal um einen luxuriösen und entspannten Aufenthalt zu geniessen. Die beiden Häuser haben eine sehr gute Ausstattung und bieten ausreichend Platz. Am Pool kann man wunderbar relaxen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dieses Objekt buchen und kann es nur weiter empfehlen. Absolut super.

Totally awesome!!
We were a family of 8 ( one a baby) and our stay was spectacular. The accommodations are top tier and Ana helped immeasurably and she is such fun! You could not be better situated for staying in Sintra, going to the coast, Lisbon etc. Thank you Ana for everything, I hope we come back soon.

Beautiful space for restful retreat
Leonor and her mother Ana were excellent and gracious hosts. I rented the space for family to celebrate our marriage and wedding in Sintra. Everything went smoothly, communication was prompt and professional. Ana was even willing to accommodate some situations that came up due to the wedding, for which we were grateful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their home to others.

Better for some goups than others
This property has extensive grounds which are great fun for children to explore and has an unusually large swimming pool. However it will suit some groups better than other. The two houses are approximately 50 meters apart and the house with 3 bedrooms is actually a first floor apartment so there is no opportunity to wander directly in and out of the garden.
Our stay left an unpleasant taste in our mouths when we returned home to find a significant sum had quite unexpectedly been retained from our deposit. I would advise any visitor to keep careful documentation of any deterioration or damage to the property or its furnishings that they notice on arrival otherwise they could find themselves with an unexpected cost. Not a relaxing way to start a holiday.

Amazing houses and warm welcome! Couldn't have been better!
Both houses are beautiful and the gardens are just lovely. It's also ideally located, just next door to the main cultural attractions such as Quinta da Regaleira. Ana and Leonor are very reactive and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay. It's also perfect for young kids. We will definitely come back.

Magnifica propiedad ubicada en un lugar privilegiado de Sintra.
Dña. Leonor, una magnífica anfitriona, a la hora de enseñarnos su propiedad. La casa de las mejores en las que hemos estado y hemos alquilado muchas. Magnífica propiedad, bien ubicada al lado de la Quinta da Regaleira, la finca grande y muy bonita, las casas espectaculares, excelente limpieza, zonas de ocio, buenos dormitorios, sitio donde aparcar y sobre todo mucha, mucha tranquilidad. La pena es que fuimos en invierno y no pudimos aprovechar la excelente piscina. Estábamos pensando donde haríamos la escapada que hacemos todos los inviernos y no nos equivocamos escogiendo Portugal, cada vez que voy, me siento como en casa. Seguro que volveremos. Gracias por todo. Jesús.
