It is a great place to stay! The rooms were large, beds were comfortable, the bathroom was great and the woman working there was very sweet and helpful.By the way make sure to eat supper there as the food is delicious! We loved our stay there and would highly recommend it!

Cozy clean room, delicious and hearty breakfast, magnificent view from the window. At night we slept with the window open, there are no mosquitoes, the air is fresh and invigorating. We were not cold, as warm blankets were provided. It was one of the best mornings of our lives. The owner of the hotel was happy to organize a horse ride for us. It was our first time riding horses and we really liked it, the horses were calm and easily controlled. He also treated us to homemade wine and told us a little about the history of Svaneti. The hostess treated us to homemade cheese. We were happy.

Such a nice hotel. Value for money. They are very nice to the guest. Nice welcoming, speedy dinner. Food was delicious. The cook and care taker Ms Sofia was very good and she gave good delicious food. The incharge Ms Maya help for translation English to Georgia. Arrange for local trip with reasonable price.

The owner Maia is a very kind person, she speaks some English. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious and the portions were big. Our room was quite specious and the beds were very comfortable. They have nice eating area with mountains view. The owner helped us with getting a ride to Mestia. We really liked it!

Host maia was very friendly and kind. Room was clean and beds were very comfy. We had amazing view too. Food was very delicious with good portion size. We went hiking in the morning and we were not able to get back till 13:00 , though we had to check out on 11am. Maia was very understading of our situation and even offered breakfast, though the breakfast time was already over. You can experience real georgian hospitality here. We will definitely visit again.

The hosts are so friendly and the food was the best I've had in Georgia. And it's located in a place with a very beautiful view, the bread and hachapuri made by her grandmother were so delicious.

This one of the few facilities in Ushguli that deserves to be cold "hotel". Perfect location- the hotel is situated at the end of the village, with very nice view at Shakra. Delicious, homemade breakfast. Very friendly and helpful landlady. Very good value for money.

If someone expects luxuries, this not the place. Remember, it mountain hotel in Ushguli, at the end of the world :) Please bear in mind that the rooms do not have central heatinf, but the duvets were so warm, you do not really need this. The hotel does not operate in winter (according to the host)

Room with scenic views, typical Georgian breakfast. The room was quite cold (early September) but blankets were provided. Location was a good starting point for hiking. The host spoke english.

The shower had no cabin nor curtain so it was easy to get your stuff wet - no hangers. Rooms in the main building are just above the restaurant so if a group is staying there it can get very noisy.

I was given a better room than I had booked, in the end for roughly the same price. It was comfortable, clean, quite nice for that prince. The location of the hotel is good, close to the village edge in the direction of the glacier. The breakfast was sensational, maybe the best I've had in Georgia. The owner speaks English, and the other people there were friendly. Everything was pretty good.

The location of the hotel was great, just on the hill of Ushguli. The hotel has a view of mount Shkhara and the entire Ushguli. The staff of the hotel are very welcoming and attentive. The food was very delicious.

Nice location, beautiful mountain view from the terrace of dining hall. Delicious Lobiani, mint tea, green salad, cherry comport and cake. Maia can speak English for smooth communication, and take care us well. Wifi internet is available.

Maia is great host, she was very helpful and always available for us. This place have the best location when it comes to the views and start of the trekking routes. Food was very delicous and prices are affordable. Rooms are cosy but you will find there everything you need for a stay in such a place. Definetely recommended!

Maja is a very friendly host. We had a wonderful stay at Tekla with very good food and breakfast. The panorama view to Shaka from the Hotel is great. 👍😊

The placement of the hotel is in mound, so you can see beautiful views of surrouding mountains. The space is new and cosy. Food was absolutely perfect! I would love to visit at least one more time! Highly recommended!
