Location to the beach. Comfy bed. Communication with host was excellent and timely. Great location for walking to the main town restaurants and bars.
Traffic noise being right on the busiest road in the island.

Right accros the street from the beach!
I already knew what to expect so I wasn't disappointed. BUT for someone from out of town the price vs. the condition of the unit may be a turn off. The unit is clean, but the workmanship inside the bathroom, kitchen etc is not high quality, and the renovations were obviously rushed. Not a deal breaker for me since location is everything 😌

Such a quaint little place! Lots of bright colors and a cheery feel inside the unit
Bathroom had no ventilation and got really stuffy, really fast, so we had to place our table fan on the counter in the kitchen and leave the bathroom door open for air flow while in there

location was perfect and the place was very cute and comfortable! right across from the beach with easy access. they even provide chairs for you!

The place is so cute. One minute walk to the beach across the street. Glad we had our beach wagon to haul our beach stuff though. We arrived a bit early and a quick phone call, we were allowed to check in. Took the bus to Anna Marie Pier and also rented a golf cart from Come and Go that was literally 1 block away from the cottage.we would stay here again!
The only thing I can think of: maybe a few more towel hooks in the bathroom

Great location and lovely decorated small cottage just a few steps from the Beach. Super friendly Communication with owner and very easy „check-in“. We would return every time!
if someone is sensitive to noise, the street/outside noises could be a little disturbing at times. For me personally, the mattresses were a bit too soft - but everyone has different views/needs in that area

Right on Gulf Parkway. tons of traffic noise when sitting outside.

The location was perfect, the space was immaculate! The owners stayed in touch and it was a wonderful experience.

Proximity to beach, bus stop and Bridge St were brilliant. Own parking space was great. Facilities within (kitchen, good shower, comfortable bed).
