I was given probably the warmest welcome I've had at any hotel anywhere in the world, Luka was so friendly and helpful and immediately I felt at home here. He also gave me a map and directions for getting in to town, and helped me to my room with my luggage. Tea and coffee making facilities weren't in the room but I didn't mind this at all, it was all downstairs in the breakfast room to help yourself at any time. It actually made it feel more homely to have to leave the room to make a drink! There's also a nice seating area down there where I sat to eat my snacks in the evenings. Breakfast was tasty and good coffee machine! Location of the hotel was excellent, easy to walk to from Bled Union bus stop (where the buses from the train station and Ljubljana arrive at) and an easy walk to the lake and restaurants, shops etc too. Very quiet peaceful area but felt very safe too. Nice shower and comfy bed.

I had the small single room which was smaller than other single rooms I've stayed in but really didn't matter as I wasn't in the room much! Will still be recommending this place to friends!

Location is excellent, the staff is so friendly and nice. Breakfast is generous and tasty. Our room was kinda small, but interesting enough the bathroom was almost as big as the room, which is pretty spatious. The beds were comfy and the whole place was immaculate clean.

My only complaint would be the bathroom ventilation wasn't working and since there were no windows, you have to air the bathroom through your room. Wasn't a big deal though.

Lovely place, short distance from the waterfront (away from all the noise and traffic) - would highly recommend

The hotel was a gem, situated in a tranquil and green area. The view from my balcony (room 15) was amazing, surpassing the lake view. The facilities were excellent, and the room, including the bathroom, was clean and spacious. The owner and both receptionists were incredibly supportive, making your stay feel like home.

We stayed here 11 years ago and I was pleased to see it has not changed. It is still the same amazing, wonderful hotel. Luka greeted us when we arrived and he along with all the staff we met were very friendly, warm, knowledgeable,and helpful. The room we had was large and very comfortable. The deck was huge with a good view and table with chairs that we used every evening after a long day of seeing the sights of Slovenia. The breakfast is out of this world! One of the best we had on our trip.It has a great location in Bled, close to the lake and easy walking to downtown but out of the commotion of the lakefront.

Everything was perfect!
