Nice hotel.

Ticket for wrong parking, eaven we asked hotel, payed and markt the car! Shape up Göteborg!! Noting vas incloded like sauna, swimmingpool, gym but full prize.... Far away from old town. Bad marked, difficult to find.

Lång kö och därmed väntetid vid incheck, verkade endast vara en personal i receptionen. Skulle behövt vara minst två stycken när det är någon form av event/mycket folk.

Dålig bemanning i receptionen. Frukostmatsalen inte dimensionerad för det antal boende som hotellet har, varken vad det gäller mat eller gäster. Hotellet börjar bli slitet, fäste till dusch trasigt, mattor som sett sina bästa dagar. Restaurangen ”the social” acceptabel men ingen gourmetmat, burgaren med parmesan/persilje fries var med vanliga pommes.

Sängar var för mjuka..slitna möbler I beskrivningen av rummet står ” stor dubbel säng” fast sängen var 160cm bredd

This hotel is a converted old prison, it was roomy, interesting and clean. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The design and artistic elements are great. There’s parking close by.

Parking instructions state you must chose the numbered bay, these are no longer visible and it doesn’t matter (we checked with reception). It would be helpful for them to update the auto email that goes out.

Exactly as pictured. Staff were really kind, answered all queries and spoke perfect English. Our room was lovely, check in and check out went smoothly. Great location for public transport into the city but still surrounded by a great selection of shops & restaurants. Really reasonable price and room was clean and breakfast was amazing.

Location of the hotel was excellent. Room was well equipped and nicely decorated. The breakfast was exceptional. My son enjoyed the waffel very much.

Location was very good, excellent breakfast and facilities.

The bathroom was clean and the common areas were nice.

The breakfast was not impressive. Many options but low quality. Pillows were uncomfortable and the carpet was stained.

I loved the spaciousness of the hotel, that instead of carpeting there are polished wood floors. I love the art that adds to the color and brightness of the halls and the many areas where you can sit with a small group and chat. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast had a lot of delicious variety. I also loved that the hotel is right on the water and one can walk along the water and find great places to eat and have a drink.

my room really needs a touch of work on the walls and roof 😅 the paint on the roof cracked so much that it’s looks like some one will fall out from there 😂 really recommend to refresh this and fix ‘

Friendly personal, good location (bus and boat stops close by), dog friendly (near to little forrest/park) , big room, excellent breakfast, cheap parking next to the hotel, few nice little restaurants in the area, food also in the hotel bistro was nice.

Hotel in general and the rooms starts to look a bit worn and could use an update/refresh. No room service came as a surprice!
