The location was great, as well as the automatic key handover machine. The flat was sunny and quiet.

It was very dirty. The floor and wardrobe was dusty and dirty, there were random hairs everywhere including the wardrobe. The kitchen was not equipped, the oven was missing the plate inside, so we had to contact administration to bring us one. They did bring it while we were not there, even after saying they shouldn't come at that time because we are not there. So they came while we were away without our permission. A painting fell off the wall because it was not fixed and we put it aside. Once we were in the apartment, someone just opened the door, it was the maintenance guy thinking there was no one in, and he said he was sent to fix the painting, although we never reported it and we didn't know anyone was coming. The freezer door was completely broken and we didn't use it. Very unprofessional the fact that they just send people in while we don't know it, especially because we have our personal things around and we should have control and knowledge if someone enters the apartment while we are renting it and we are not there. They state there is a washing machine but it should be specified that it's not in the apartment, but in the underground level and it costs 3 euros. Also in the bathroom there is almost no space to put our things, like toothbrush, shampoo, etc. so it was very uncomfortable to use it.

WiFi sucks, never works. I tried yo ask for another wlan / conection they said not available, WiFi wont even work on the rooms.

Noisy rooms from up/downstairs neighbors and no one from the hotel was available to remedy it, until next morning.

The location is great and the rooms are spacious, equipped with everything to meet your basic needs.

Because there is no staff on sight (self check-in) people rent these apartments to party (because clubs are closed due to Covid, so I was told by someone from Karlsruhe whom I met in the staircase). The walls are thin so even though our 2 rooms were on the 3rd floor we heard the awful music from a floor down. I had to call the police twice because I couldn’t sleep until around 3am. The next morning there was confetti and marks on the carpet in the hallways and staircase - they remained there for the rest of our stay (we stayed from Friday to Monday). Also, both bathrooms were really smelly and the towels were old and stained.

The apartment has everything one needs. Good Location, value for money, very good connection, Straßenbahn just 50 mtrs. Would really recommend! Thank you

I enjoyed the layout of the room and the guide given with detailed explanations on how to use the equipment. Along with that the bed was comfortable and warm.

Felt like the walls were a bit thin. Lots of noises that we thought came from our room turned out to be from other rooms in the building.

It's located close to center. Self check-in. You can get as much key cards as you need.

Lift was working only from 1 to -1 ( 0 floor was excluded ). Lack of space on the street to park a car to get stuff out from car on move-in. Cockroaches on the kitchen. Bad wi-fi and first evening it was just terrible ( 33% packet loss with download speed ~1-2 mbit and upload could be not happenning at all, so website serfing with SSL was terrible experience and support proposed to move next day to another apartment on their network nearby the street, but not fix wi-fi or simple give 4G modem ). Narrow double bed ( around 130-140cm). No nets on windows. Very hot when sun and no air conditioner. Not possible to call to anyone from SEEGER. Onlt 2 parking spots.

It was very clean, the check-in was a simple process and the room was very well appointed and modern for the price.

I ordered a double room but only had one pillow and duvet provided on a double bed. The room was very hot in the late summer sunshine, but a fan provided some air circulation.

the check-in staff by phone and email are very friendly, if you book 1 night plus the room they make you check out and then enter the same room even if no one had reserved it, the cleaning staff are rude and lost belongings are stolen.

During my stay, someone came to clean the windows. He was a really nice guy, super polite, was thorough and efficient. Best thing about this hotel is the window cleaner, no doubt.

Frequent, unbearable stench from the bathroom drain. Kitchen had nothing to wash dishes with, so not surprising that everything was dirty. Only one dinner plate in a room for two people. No knife or chopping board to prepare food. No basic supplies like salt, pepper, oil, etc. Washing machine was hard to find in the basement of the building and coin-operated. Couldn't find the clothes airer that is listed on the facilities. Room cleaning was scheduled late and there was nowhere to empty the bins. Office was not staffed during the hours advertised. There was a huge road construction project right outside that caused extreme noise levels all day during the week, starting at 7am.
