Handy for the station. Well appointed room with good bathroom. Free small selection of drinks in the mini bar.

Quite a long walk from the city centre. The hotel overlooks the zoo, but our room faced the other way!

Excellent, quiet, central location with easy access to public transport. A small, unpretentious, friendly, clean hotel with exvcellent breakfast and friendly staff. Ample communications by email and text in advance of arrival. Good value for money. I rate it at 3*.

The reception is not manned (except for a short time in the morning). Access cards are issued by a electronic dispenser upon arrival (by keying in a code provided by the hotel in advance). If all goes well and one knows what to do, this works well. However, if one misplaces the electronic card, access to the hotel will be problematic. Also, it is not easy, or even not possible, to leave luggage with the hotel reception for a while after checking out as the reception is not manned - although one can contact a member of staff by phone.

Close to the Hbf and easy check in. Spacious, well-appointed room. Good breakfast.

Everything was perfect for a professional stay with late arrival, automated check-in, early and delicious breakfast. The free welcome minibar in the room and the staff were helpful and nice.

Tables were not sanitized every after use. There were smelly tables/areas. They smell like someone sneezed on them. Also, I was awakened by shouting of teenager boys outside around 12ish, 1sh, 2ish of wee hours

Very nice little hotel with everything you need (and expect) from 1-2 nights stay: check-in were super easy (with the machine), since we came after hours it was very convenient for us.
