Handy for the station. Well appointed room with good bathroom. Free small selection of drinks in the mini bar.

Quite a long walk from the city centre. The hotel overlooks the zoo, but our room faced the other way!

Excellent, quiet, central location with easy access to public transport. A small, unpretentious, friendly, clean hotel with exvcellent breakfast and friendly staff. Ample communications by email and text in advance of arrival. Good value for money. I rate it at 3*.

The reception is not manned (except for a short time in the morning). Access cards are issued by a electronic dispenser upon arrival (by keying in a code provided by the hotel in advance). If all goes well and one knows what to do, this works well. However, if one misplaces the electronic card, access to the hotel will be problematic. Also, it is not easy, or even not possible, to leave luggage with the hotel reception for a while after checking out as the reception is not manned - although one can contact a member of staff by phone.

Close to the Hbf and easy check in. Spacious, well-appointed room. Good breakfast.

Everything was perfect for a professional stay with late arrival, automated check-in, early and delicious breakfast. The free welcome minibar in the room and the staff were helpful and nice.

Tables were not sanitized every after use. There were smelly tables/areas. They smell like someone sneezed on them. Also, I was awakened by shouting of teenager boys outside around 12ish, 1sh, 2ish of wee hours

The automatic check-in was easy to grasp. The room was clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable.

Very nice little hotel with everything you need (and expect) from 1-2 nights stay: check-in were super easy (with the machine), since we came after hours it was very convenient for us.

The staff arranged breakfast before 7 am. Was super helpful for us before catching an early morning train.

„not liking“ is an overstatement, but I thought it was a bit weird that breakfast on Sunday was only until 10

I appreciated being able to open the window (and peek into the zoo across the road). The room was clean and the breakfast was fine. It's a very practical location for a one-night stay when changing trains, though a fair walk to the town centre. Although I'd asked for a quiet room, I ended up facing the street but fortunately the room was nonetheless fairly quiet.

I didn't appreciate being informed at the last minute that I would need to check in via a machine as the reception would not be staffed in the afternoon. I would have preferred to receive this information when booking the room. Even more oddly, the reception was still staffed when I arrived and the receptionist (somewhat grudgingly) checked me in.
