Breakfast was not great compared to cheaper hotel in Calais. Not enough tables for comfort.

Wonderful location. The staff was helpful and welcoming.

The room was a little on the dirty side. There was a stain on our sheets when we arrived.

They have remodeled a wonderful old hotel and made the rooms smaller and modern & ugly. Sad to return to a place we really liked and find it so changed.

We were pleasantly surprised by this beautiful and centrally located hotel. Very clean and modern. It has an elevator, although it is very small. The room and bathroom were a good size. The bed was comfortable. The staff was so very helpful & courteous. We happen to have our train canceled because of strikes, but the staff helped us find an alternative. The have breakfast, be we didn't try it.

Expensive for the general quality.

For location, this hotel cannot be beat, as it is right in the heart of the cathedral center, and within easy walking distance to many lovely shops and restaurants.

The only disappointment was that our room was dusty and the floor felt gritty, as if it had not been throughly swept in a while. This put a damper on an otherwise lovely stay.

The location of the hotel is in the very city centre which has its pros and cons. The hotel is nice, my room was, however, very small. The reception staff was very nice and professional. The breakfast was excellent.

I missed the "please not/clean" hanger on the door and thus the room was cleaned every day which was not necessary.

The location is great! In the heart of the city with spectacular view to the Cathedral! The team that work there made the days so pleasant!

Location was unbeatable. The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress needs to be replaced in the room I had. There was a huge dent in the mattress, so hardly a comfortable sleep. The chair in the room was tiny and lucite, both the size and because it was hard lucite plastic made it very uncomfortable to use.
