Location. Breakfast was great.

staff could use a smile, did not allowed to give food to our child where there were tables. staff would enter the room unannounced 2 or 3 times a day to clean or change sheet. no sign to hang on the door to not disturb. breakfast could use some fruits.

The pool was a saviour against the heat! Fairly cheap rooms.
Cleanliness and hygiene were a major issue here. The breakfast plates were all dirty and the ham and yoghurts had all been left out to go warm.
We were also kept up by a party being held in the garden of the hotel. We needed to get up early for a flight but got very little sleep because of the noise. When we asked at reception when it would end the man shrugged and said he didn’t know “12 or could be 1am”… shocking. They should definitely consider sound proofing!
Overall, the place was very tired and disappointing… definitely not 4* as advertised.

The property was beautiful! Very clean & welcoming. We were doing the Lilium Alley dinner show which was only a one minute walk. It had the kids beds in a separate room from the parents.

The location is not the most promising if you arrive in the evening, but you can find quite good places to eat.
Room was far different from the ones promoted on Booking, we were placed in a different building which was not clean at all. The room had an odd smell, bathroom was dirty, we only received one towel which had insects on it. You could hear everything from the bathroom of the room next to us, which made us really uncomfortable.
Breakfast was not organised well, cutlery/main dishes were not replaced.

breakfast was perfect as it included eggs. i say this as we've struggled to find them for brekkie here in southern italy on our stay. whats more there is large selection of cheese, yogurt, cereal, juice ect. it was the perfect night before heading to the airport in the hirecar to go home.

The front desk personel was so kind.
The double bed is formed by combining two single beds. This was uncomfortable while lying down.

One night stop over to break up a long drive. We arrived in the evening. Check in was easy. The room was nice and clean; it opened onto a large balcony. The queen sized bed was comfortable. We had an outstanding meal with great service in the restaurant. Continental style breakfast the next morning before checking out which was as easy as well. Staff was very friendly, pleasant.
We are not much on complaining but if we had to mention anything it would be there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom and the hotel still uses a key for the door locks versus a card. The key fob was a little bulky. It’s also a little farther from the interstate but, value wise it’s worth the drive.
