great location, great food, lovely staff, great facilities

no elevator

lovely view over the bay! and very quite

there wasn’t much going on in the resort, which made it very quite! although this isn’t something to moan about. its just something to note if you want a lively place! although that would only be 10 mins down the road

Every thing was great the staff was very nice and the hotel is beautiful.

We were in a motorbike accident and the staff went above and beyond to help us with everything. Dropped us to and from the hospital, delivered breakfast to the room, offered to switch rooms to be more comfortable, and more. The sweetest people, thank you so much!

Nothing much :)

It is a beautiful resort. The staff really are the cream on the cake. The location is a little out of central Chaweng but we find that is good. The breakfasts are great, the pool is great, the food ate the pool bar is supreme, I can't say enough.

A better tea and juice selection would be nice.

Pretty much everything! We extended our stay twice we loved it that much! The staff are extremely lovely, we loved ace & pa, (awesome service and great with the kids), Leki and sugar from reception even did some babysitting for us and were so kind to the kids. The rooms were clean, and had that lovely Thai bungalow modern vibe. The location was ideal, it was right on the beach, the water is lagoon like, we were lucky to have perfect weather, the pool is great, with a shallow pool for our youngest who’s still learning to swim. There’s free use of the kayaks and paddle boards too! The cocktails were delish and everything was well priced. We will be back and will encourage friends and family too, thank you chaba, your in our hearts now.

Only negative would be the single beds were very hard, maybe a soft mattress topper could be an affordable way to make them more comfortable, but that’s it, loved it!

Breakfast was not the best.

The deluxe villa was absolutely beautiful, with huge bathtub. Very clean too. The pool was great with a bar. Staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. They would even organise early breakfast for us when we needed to leave early.

It's a bit of walk to 'center' with all the shops and night life. We rented a scooter right next door and that solved that. The hotel didn't have restaurant (might have just been closed due covid) but no big deal for us as we were out and about all the time anyway.

the rooms were recently renovated

This is not a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was really bad and very basic, not at all what you can see on the pictures. Not a lot of choice (just cereals, rice, toast bread, pancakes and jam and eggs on request). The staff was friendly but very slow. I had to ask 4 times for a boiled egg. After more than half an hour it finally was there :(. The wifi doesn’t work properly. They are renovating the place. At the pool for example, you see constriction waste, an old mattress,… The rooms are recently renovated but the walls aren’t soundproof. So we heard our neighbours snoring and we could follow all their conversations. We payed really too much for this basic hotel.

the service was good

far from the center, we asked to move and got offer to move to Chaba samui resort and took it. the hotel was old and the breakfast was bad. the worst was a gas leek in the room after a night it made a lot of noise. we moved a different hotel

My boyfriend and I enjoyed staying at Chaba Cabana! we were supported to stay for one night but decided to stay one more night! That's how much we enjoyed it, The staffs are amazing, they exceeded our expectations. They will go the extra mile just to help and provide what you need! The place is clean, the pool, food, and drinks were amazing!

Nothing! Everything's perfect for us. We are planning to go back again, it's the highlight of our vacation and we want to play pool with the staff again. haha! Thank you so much for making sure our stay would be unforgettable! See you soon!
