الموسيقى مزعجة في كل مكان لا يوجد افطار لكافة الحجوزات بالرغم من ارتفاع القيمة لمثيلاتها من الفنادق بعيد نوعا ما خدمة الغرف تتأخر كثيرا

The move theatre was a fantastic facility to provide, however I had to ask for everything from the simple things such as air conditioning, sound, and food in order for it to be successful. Here I am requesting the service I expect to receive.

It's MAD when security questions come from non-security people. The SPA staff asked me my room number and last name ten times every time I went to the pool area, with a rude tune.

Everything is perfect for a family holiday.

The hotel was lovely, grounds were immaculately maintained, touches in the room (for example complimentary beach bag and teddy for my son) were nice. The pool worked well for our 6 year old son, lazy river and 2 small slides as well as the pool sing rope! Beach had toys available and kids club had some games available to play.

We were a little disappointed with the food, no evening buffet available except on the weekends and the breakfast buffet a little limited, not quite what we expect from Jumeriah! On the half board package for the evening we had a choice or Arabic or Italian in the evening and the food there was only satisfactory.

Service is late, because the manpower is low, and the location is too far

The place and view of the sea was wonderful

I had a hot coffee and I was close to the beach, but the coffee was cold and had a bad taste

Everything was amazing and elegant, all facilities and services are more than excellent restaurants are the best the staff and the room, everything and the design are a very high level taste

Modern facility with wonderful amenities and a favourable location. The staff in particular were phenomenal, particularly the kitchen staff, those on the beach and around the pool engaging with the kids and the housekeeping staff that were diligent and friendly

Not all aspects were available to children, albeit understandably

Very clean and wonderful views also the stuff were very kind and supportive.

The location is very far from city center it’s isolated place. Also the prices is very high for the food and hotel restaurants and spa services. The reception didn’t explained the free services which are provided by hotel.

المكان خيالي مره والمرافق متنوعة طفلي استمتع عندهم مسبح خاص للاطفال مع مشرف ! و نادي فيه انشطة متنوعة للاطفال استمتع طفلي كثير .. و مسبح للنساء وسينما وغيرها. والي اعجبني اكثر انهم شاركوني مناسبتي الخاصة بدون ما اطلب وهذا ان دل على رقي الإدارة. شكرا لكم.

اخلاق الموظفين رائعه وسرعة الانجاز والتعامل 👍

الخدمه سيئه جدا اضاعه اضاعه الامتعه واضطراري الى الاتصال عده مرات والذهاب الى الاستقبال ومن ثم الذهاب الى مخزن الامتعه بنفسي حتى اتمكن من العثور على الامتعه الموظفين اعطوا وعود كاذبة على الخطأ ولم ارى منهم اي احد بعد ذلك

The service is very bad The waste of losing the luggage and having to call several times and go to reception and then go to the luggage storage myself until I can find the luggage. The staff made false promises by mistake and I never saw anyone from them again

Every thing was great, facility , design , staff especially. Team are very great , Smir , Mohammed , Amos, Mrio , and the great Tareq . All were helpful and supportive and very to guests . Breakfast is absolutely fantastic.

The only negative thins is the property needs more and more daytime and night activities.

Lovely hotel, staff and ambience

Distant from airport, pricey restaurants and limited options

The property is sensational. Peaceful, clean, everything felt exactly as it should when you’re aiming for a resort. Basically close to paradise. The staff were extremely attentive and caring, be it at reception, the pools, restaurants or room service. There is nothing more they could have done. We’ve stayed in hotels all over the world and nothing comes close to this one
