This is a cosy , small hotel with its own style . The vibes of its people and its location make you relax from the very first moment !
The breakfast is more than value for value!
Only an elevator, it was missing . However, this was a good opportunity for exercise!

Stripped to it's, great, great, essence. Swam as we woke up, had our coffee, perfect for unstressing our summers, simplified, affordable with a great trust library, and great owners. Just great. Not perfect. Great.

It was absolutely worth the money for rooms with balconies, perfect for watching the sunrise.

wonderful view from our room directly on to the sea with a nice balcony, that had a table and chairs to sit on. The breakfast was varied (bread, amazing cake, yoghurt, honey, meat & cheese, etc) and plentiful- we really enjoyed it. Location is perfect - you cross the street and are on the beach. Restaurants are in walking distance. The whole place feels really cosy and welcoming, something which is further helped by the lovely hosts. We arrived by bike and everything was made easy for us to keep the bikes in a safe place and continue our ride after the stay (with a package of cake provided for the journey.)
The bed was a little bit hard to lay on - but that’s probably a very subjective observation.

Excellent breakfast, with fresh fruit, nice cakes, superb yoghurt, astonishing coffee.

The hotel is in good shape and cosy: the hall, the bar, the terrace overlooking the sea, these are all places where you want to spend time and come back. Our room was nice too, with the exception of the cupboards which clearly need to be renovated.

Excellent, home-made breakfast. Location is the best possible in Agios Ioannos, right alongside the sea coast, with unoccupied, free beaches. We are sure to come back, because there are many more beaches, bays, mountain villages and lookouts to explore!

A very nice hotel right on the waterfront with an incredible view. The hotel staff are incredibly nice (the woman who services the breakfast, the woman who cleans the room, and the man at the front desk). The breakfast was very good! It was also nice to have a teapot and some tea available in the room as this has been rare so far for the hotels we’ve stayed at in Greece.

When you decide to visit Greece, it's a good choice. If you then decide to visit Pelion, it's a great one. Then you even decide to stay at Anesis, you've done everything right.
It is a clean and cozy hotel directly at the center of Agios Ioannis. When you have a room with balcony with sea view, unforgettable sunrises are guaranteed. When you are lucky, you can even watch jumping dolphins in the evenings.
Miltos will provide you not only with hospitality but also with friendship and love! If you want to get to know Pelion, ask him and just follow his advices!
