Excellent location close to nature with the gorgeous Linnunlahti beach very close, but at the same time the city center is just a short bike ride away. Very good facilities (including a private sauna!) and friendly service. They rent out bicycles which is really nice for those without a car.
It was a really good place to stay with kids.
Some quests were noisy on a Saturday night, but luckily they stopped making noise by 10pm. No bicycles with child seats were available. TVs are tuner-only and not connected to Wifi and thus it wasn't possible to cast video from my devices.

Very nice and clean cottages! More spacious than the squaremeters let to expect and very cozy. Bathrooms are quite large and kitchen well equipped. Location is right on the corner of the citycenter and everything is within walking distance.
The stairs to second floor are very very steep. Not suitable for small kids or dogs but gladly there's a gate at the bottom of the stairs to prevent them from going there.

Nice apartment and kept very clean. Not so recently renovated but all fully equipped even with a washing machine and sauna. Walking distance to the centre.

Spacious house. Very good for a longer holiday stay. Green grass. Close to the beach. Private terrace for grilling and warm evenings. Staircase protection for kids. Parking next to the house.
Minor things.
The grill had not been cleaned after the last usage.
A smoked cigarette was in the grass just before our terrace.
The kitchen was fully supplied with everything except for medium size bowls and a plastic cutting board (the wooden ones integrated in the drawer).

Loads of room and new facilities. 5min walking distance from Joensuu Arena, 10min from city center. Flexible and nice owners who are willing to help.

Breakfast was very generous, and the place was very well equipped! It was very quiet and pleasant. Nice sauna!
The instructions to use the sauna were a bit hard to understand for the non initiated.

Everything was just perfect very comfortable accommodation including our own sauna and bike hire was free.
We would definitely stay here again .

The location is amazing! You feel like being at a summer cottage in countryside, but there's only 1 km to the city centre. The lake-view from our apartment was beautiful. Apartment was extremely clean and well equipped - it would have been suitable for longer stay too. Breakfast was served to the apartment the night before. It was quite simple but tasty and fresh. The staff was very friendly and flexible, a receptionist even offered to wait for us after closing time for the check-in. The whole area was cosy located in park-like surroundings and by the lake.
The apartment was a bit hot after a warm and sunny day. This wasn't a problem since we could open the windows (which had mosquito nets!) and let some fresh air in.
