Badkamer erg verouderd.

Very friendly staff, great location
Cleanliness of the hotel gone down, under sink filthy, the floor not hoovered even before we entered it, I have stayed at this hotel quite a few times

The location was good as it was near the beach and close to the theatre we were going to.
The loft was frightening, it only fitted two people and we prayed every time we got in it, we couldn’t take the stairs as they were too confusing!
The parking was horrendous, I don’t think I would have parked my car there even if there were spaces.
The door to my room didn’t feel secure at all, one push and it would have been open.
The shower, OMG there was no pressure at all and it was scolding hot on the coldest setting. We booked 4 rooms, all were on different floors and the shower was the same in all of them.
If you use face cloths and bath sheets, take your own.

Location was beautiful sea view lovely room warm comfortable bed there was a wedding we had the best welcome .brilliant entertainment. Staff were very friendly. Lovely weekend ☺️

Was a lovely hotel and was made to feel at home .
The bed was a little hard not used to it that hard and the window didn’t open that far but other than that it was a great stay.

Great location, perfect for what we needed. Loved having the balcony & sea view.
Balcony door didn’t close fully so was a bit tough to put the locks on at night.
Bed was comfortable enough however unfortunately there were bedbugs… after our second night my partner woke up covered in bites which weren’t there when we went to sleep. I luckily only got a couple of bites. Shame as we had enjoyed our stay up until this point.

Amazing stay, staff were great, location great. The hotel was spotless and all staff friendly. We would 100%recommend a stay here.

Comfy bed, clean, and a good central location. Easy to find.
Hard to park. Room was outdated and some things broken. Shower was not good as the pressure was very poor and no soap provided. Very noisy outside.

As always the staff are fantastic. The rooms were fair, quite small but that is expected with an older hotel.
Parking....ugh with disability and no specific area to park, it was a job to put the van in a spot that didn't squish other vehicles in.

Really nice people on staff and very helpful. We were fortunate to have a private parking spot. The view was very nice.
The Lift was very small to get to our approximate floor and then we had to go down 4 steps and again up 3 stairs with our large roller bags, very strange.

The room was a bit noisy, but it wasn’t too disturbing. Think the neighbours maybe had hearing problems, as the tv was very noticeable. We had a lovely view from our balcony room. Very happy and would stay here again.
