Is very quiet and comfy, I like that not many people gets here so it des not feel agglutinated by tourists.

the location disadvantage is that is next to a river delta that chances the beach features constantly or with time. right now looks different that what it looked one year ago.

Good place overall, even when fully booked, it is surprisingly secluded, and relaxing. Safe enough, right in front of the beach, pretty little place. Beds are comfy, silk sheets and good A/C.

All the little things, really... - A manager will never be on site!... No further comments on that... - Staff is notoriously inattentive, rather inexperienced and untrained. They are present, of course, but they just don't care enough. - There is no contacting staff from the rooms as they do not have phones. You can use your personal phone but they rarely even answer. You can go out of your room, but you'll need to search for them far and wide in the property, because the staff likes to stay on both far end of the place. - The waiters are inattentive, do not put effort and are plain awkward. - Food portions are small... A national resident would deem said food as small and a overpriced, therefore it is not a good deal for foreigners. - Really moldy roof when going upstairs. - Shoddy repairs here and there, that you can notice, because you will notice. - Dirty walls in the rooms, cannot tell how long since the last paint job. - Really old furniture in bathrooms that really needs replacing. - Ocean View? How about no!? Some of their rooms face the ocean, sure, but if you look out the window, you are totally blocked by their 2 story shanty restaurant.. So, more like back of the restaurant view?

so many things I didn’t like, good thing I was only there to sleep since I had many activities booked for my vacation. first of all the food is expensive and nasty, i also needed to remind them to clean our room every day, asking for toilet paper and towels room was dirty found a lock of hair in the corner of the bed, they gave us the wrong room the first night so by second night we had to move rooms ( inconvenient). Our waiter without confirming with manager automatically assumed we didn’t have free break because we booked through Expedia and they came to realize they made a mistake because I made my though booking.com. it was embarrassing for me, at first they didn’t apologize for their error until they saw I was bothered and embarrassed, so earlier that week I was charged for a coffee when it really should of been free. I also asked for my clothes to be washed and of course there’s a charge of $6 which is fine, clothes was left in my room I told the staff member in the morning, I come back in the night my clothes is not in my room and I asked & they told me my clothes was still in the washer so I needed to put my own clothes in the dryer which is fine but why did they still charge me the $6 kind of unfair should of paid half since I did half the work. staff in not too friendly only the gentleman that’s in charge. Pool was dirty full of hair that was gross, I can just go on. I don’t recommend this resort!!!!!
