The Hotel is very near from a tram station

I was travelling with a colleague and she showed me on her room she had much more amenities than I did and we paid the same

Overall stay was good, staff is cooperative and the room was neat and cleaned.

WIFI network was very poor. Vegetarian dishes can be added in the breakfast.

room faced the crosswalk and the windows aren’t soundproofed. the crosswalk spoken commands and beeps make too much noise. stay away from a street room.

Staff at the reception was nice and helpful.

Staff mood at the restaurant/breakfast. Very un pleasant.

Good location, quite and close to nice park ..feel safe. Good facilities in the area. Connection to paris via the T2 is frequent and in 2 min ditance.

Moskitos in evening time...

They charged a breakfast I didn’t take without telling me. When checking out they said “all there is still to pay is the city tax”. When I gave them my bank card they also charged a breakfast without telling me that. When I confronted them with the issue they reacted weird, and said they cannot give me the money back now, but I should trust them that they will transfer it. Still waiting for the money.

When we arrived, a bit late at night, we were given a room that was noisy, the kettle was not working, TV had no volume, and only one bedside lamp was working. The lady at the reception was a bit rude when I brought up these issues to her, and we had to wait for more than an hour before those issues were sorted. This actually put a damper on the good impression of the first stay earlier.

We were upgraded to executive suite and that was really nice of them. We really enjoyed having a balcony and a living area.

Unfortunately, tea, coffee and water are only provided on the first day/arrival.

Perfect location for Roland Garros.

No net at windows, and if you do not like air conditioning you need to stay with the window open as it is too hot inside. But then you will have mosquitos inside.

Rooms were really clean and spacious. The kitchenette is great option to cool the drinks and cheese, but I can't imagine preparing there bigger meals (even though it is very good equipped), as there is no space to sit and eat for 4 people. Really great location- train station is walking distance from the hotel and just opposite from building is market with everything you may need. I would recommend that hotel!

We don't mind but I can imagine that for some people the noise from the street could be a problem. No place to eat a meal.

Room was specious and a very clean bathroom & toilet. There are convenience stores and couple of nice restaurants around.

The carpets in the corridors from Lift to the Room had lot of stains.

It was a good location nearby, shopping centre, restaurants and park.

For the hotel staff still missing some good customer relationship maybe because of communication in English but I did not find the hospitality except for 1 lady who looks to be well experienced in the field and very accommodating to our questions. Forgot her name but she is a gem in your team and needs to follow her lead.

Very good set up, good location and very clean. Right next to the hotel/apartments is an underground car park, a supermarket and a restaurant. Very convenient. However not that close to the center, about 20 minutes away on the public transport

Heating system is off, it was extremely hot in the room and a hot water took a little while

The hotel area is near to restaurant,park, grocery store and playground.

When we arrived from a 21 hrs. flight the reception did not let us go directly to the room instead we are waiting for long in the reception to make payments. And normally we pay the last day of hotel reservation but this is unexpected hotel rules and the situation with my 2 yrs old daughter crying plus 9 luggages to manage. I need to requests to give me time to call my US bank to activate my card so I can pay and we can rest in the room. A little consideration or sympathy will be appreciated specially arriving from a long flight!

Staff were very unhelpful and rude, the rooms were dusty with limited amenities. During the night there was one staff working meaning anything you needed you’d have to go and pick it up from reception, the parking tickets never worked and every time they’d have to be replaced.

Bed is comfortable, lots storage space .

Dishwasher leak. Room doors are too cloudy.
