We loved the location. It was quiet and a very close walk to the beach. This place had all the amenities we enjoyed including a kitchen, refrigerator, coffee maker, comfortable living area, back patio with table and chairs as well as a grill for cooking food outside. The proximity to the beach was only a 2 minute walk depending on your pace. There was also a dedicated parking spot so you can leave your car and walkaround the center of town and visit any restaurant or store in the area. Best part is that this place is dog friendly. The only issue is that this place provides towels and bed sheets washed in a fabric softener where my wife was found to be allergic to it. Otherwise, if that doesn't bother you, this is a great place to stay if you have pets or simply want a quiet location near the beach.

So, overall the place was pretty clean and neat. It is a studio - there is no bedroom as some people thought from the pictures. So, it's fine for a couple. The sofa is reportedly a fold out bed that could fit a couple small kids, if needed, but there is no privacy - it is one room. The kitchen is ok, with full appliance set, but the additional items in the kitchen are limited. Pots/pans are ok, but only sets of 4 for plates, and various things, which means running the dishwasher or handwashing dishes fairly frequently, as we did. Some dishes were dirty, so inspect before you use them. There is no extra items for cooking such as any oils, spices, sauce, etc. as you find in many VRBO properties, so bring ALL the ingredients you need for recipes. They have some sugar, salt and pepper. That's it. There's a little bit of coffee for Mr. Coffee, but we brought our own. The best thing about the unit is the location. That is a big plus because you are so close to the beach and the plaza. Parking is very convenient. So, overall I think it was a good place to stay if your focus is the beach and other adventures!

Location is fantastic. The photos of the condo didn't match the actual condo. There was a picture of a separate bedroom and the condo we rented did not have a separate bedroom.

Everything was perfect for our family of 4! The floors were a little sandy, but other than that it was a great experience!

Location, location, location! Park your car & you can walk to the beach, to restaurants, & shopping from this location. This unit is on the first floor & has a beautiful patio to enjoy your evening happy hour or breakfast in the morning. Pismo Beach is a one of the best (if not the best) beaches to walk, explore, or enjoy the views. We will be back
