Our stay in York was great! Excellent location, you really can’t ask for much better, right across the street from the Shambles! Clean, well stocked, and very safe! I would recommend the York boutique for all!

Lovely apartment in the best location! Everything you could need for a short break too. Just a little disappointed as we had to use the sofa bed and we weren’t provided with a duvet cover…just a duvet with holes in. Not the nicest.
Apart from that all good.

Oswald is a beautiful apartment, bright and spacious with comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. The location is ideal being next to the city walls and just a short walk to the centre of the city

This was a lovely apartment - clean, comfortable and modern. The little welcoming gift of chocolates was a nice touch. Really well situated, right near the city centre and very good value for money. Dealing with York Boutique Lets was a real relief after there had been a problem with the apartment we were supposed to be staying at booked via a different company. I arranged this stay at short notice with no problems. Excellent customer service, the people I spoke to on the phone were extremely helpful and there were clear instructions for arrival etc via email. When staying in York again I would absolutely book through York Boutique Lets and would be delighted to stay in the same place if available.

Fantastic location, really close to the centre of York no negatives, would definitely stay again. Beds are super comfy and everything was perfect

Location location location the place is in a brilliant location!!! Was worried about parking in the nearby paid parking but that was fine nowhere near as bad as some reviews about it… our apartment was up a flight of stairs which can be annoying especially with kids or older people… but we loved York and if we went back we’d look at staying at Ministers Reach again

this location is perfect. The centre of york is less than 5 minutes away. it is a beautiful apartment with great interior and comfortable beds.It is very clean and tidy and has lots of kitchen appliances to use. The services we used were very kind and helpful aslo. Overall a great stay.

We stayed in all 4 of the apartments for a weekend hen do. It was a perfect location for walking in to York. The apartments were all beautifully decorated and fully equipped for our needs. An excellent entry system made us feel extremely safe. A great time was had by all.

Great location, clean and well equipped. A king sized bed would have made a difference for the comfort of our group. Overall very nice

Very comfortable and clean. Nice and spacious. Modern. The only gripe we have is that we could smell sewage from the kitchen sink. It had an unpleasant smell in that area and we had to leave all windows open to get rid of it. Hopefully this can be sorted.

The apartments couldn’t of been in a better location. Everyone couldn’t believe how modern, clean and spacious the apartments were. Will 100% be booking to stay here again. Great customer service from everyone I spoke to at York Boutique. Thanks again.
