Great location, beautiful little gated community. All decorated for Christmas. Property manager had very good communication. Very nice welcome gesture as they had orange juice and cinnamon rolls in the fridge when we arrived.

We had a great stay at this VRBO property. The check in was seamless. We would recommend it highly for a stay in the Sanata Ana, Anaheim area. Easy access to the freeway, groceries and Disneyland.

The stay was comfortable the supplies were adequate, price was reasonable.

So much space for 5 adults! They thought of everything! Easy check in and good communication. Easy to get to pool and hot tub! Perfect location to get to Disneyland and the beach. Only 15 min to get from John Wayne airport! Would for sure stay again

We had a great stay. Property was centrally located and well equipped. Delightful Surprise of fresh OJ and ciñámonos rolls to bake in fridge, plus a well stocked Kurig.

It met our expectations. The reasons we gave it the 3 out of 5 for cleanliness was that the floors needed to mopped and the master shower was a little dirty. The beds and everything else were quite clean. The beds in the rooms were all comfortable and clean. The cinnamon rolls and orange juice was a nice touch. The property manager was easy and responsive to get a hold of. It was a lovely stay. We would stay there again.

Close enough to Disney for easy trips back and forth. House a bit worn but had everything you need for a stay.

Overall was very well coordinated and a relaxing atmosphere. I definitely recommend it my friends. If it could be a little bit clean or fresh interior paint it would have been good.

We loved this property! Very safe neighborhood, close to lots of stores and restaurants. Only a 15 minute drive to Knotts Berry Farm. Jim was very communicative and had everything we needed! He even had cinnamon rolls and orange juice waiting for us in the fridge. Plenty of space, pool and hot tub. The place is dated, but we actually chose it for that reason. We wanted a place that we could be comfortable in since we had a few kids with us. We would definitely stay here again!

This property aims to be a home away from home and succeeds. There were a few minor repairs and issues, just like at home, which were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Jim's accessibility, while maintaining privacy, were greatly appreciated. If/when we return to California we will be back.

This location is a great value. I looked at other properties before choosing this one and was almost swayed by their flashy listings. I'm glad I stayed here! I was able to use the money I saved on the stay to splurge on amazing Southern California experiences!

My husband and I went to California to visit the beaches, enjoy the sunsets, shop and eat some good food! This Condo was central to all the places we visited. It was very convenient! It was a quiet complex. We didn’t have any issues. But, we did have a couple of questions. The owner was very quick to respond. The beds were comfortable. It was nice to have a garage to park in. We really enjoyed ourselves.

The place was very near to Disneyland and had everything we needed. Its very close to the pool in the complex and it was very easy to self check in. We will definitely be back.

The home was beautiful inside and the host thoughtfully provided food for us upon our arrival. High ceilings, an attached garage, three nice bedrooms and a quiet neighborhood made this the perfect base for our Disneyland vacation since it is only 15 minutes away. Overall great experience.

Very nice property, can't beat location if visiting Disneyland. Unit is a bit dated, but no complaints for the value. No issues while on site. Would not hesitate to book this property again in the future.

Everything was exactly as described. The bedrooms were large and spacious. The gated community is nice and quiet. And the proximity to both Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm is hard to beat.

So I knew the house wasn’t Handycap accessible but I expected the bathrooms to be a better option. The doors to the toilet open in where in one bathroom I had to walk in to toilet then close door then go to the bathroom. Also the grill was dirty at our start which was disappointing and not plugged in so made it confusing. Hot tub was wonderful beds are soft.

This rental was very cute. Communication with property manager was wonderful! He responded right away all the time. Linens could use a little updating. Some sheets had stains from being old… Everything else was wonderful though!

The overall experience was a good one.. The property was alittle run down but exceptable for the price. Jim was very easy to work with. The house was stocked with everything we needed and more. One suggestion would be to replace the futon down stares with a regular bed. Futon was not comfortable to sleep on

Everything went smoothly. The property was clean and as described. The property manager was so quick to respond to any questions and the teenage boys are up the cinnamon rolls that were provided on check in. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

The check in was easy since Jim sent the instructions. We got lost in the complex when we first got there but soon found our way. The complex is pet friendly with space and bags to pick up after your pets. The rooms were spacious and stocked. The kitchen was fully stocked and Jim left us a welcome package in the refrigerator. That was a great touch by the way. Didn’t use the dishwasher since we didn’t know how (we was dishes by hand). The refrigerator gets things cold very quickly. There was more than enough room for my family, our dog plus my sister in law. I highly recommend this place for anyone who has a family. We will be staying here again when we come back to Anaheim.

The property is 5 minutes from several main Freeways so easy access to all areas. 40 mins from LAX. Local grocery store in walking distance. 15 minutes to Disneyland. Easy to find the house and theres parking on the drive, or you could use the garage. The property has 3 bedrooms- one ensuite. There is a separate room downstairs which can be used for another bedroom with a sofabed.The decor & bathroom furnishings are dated but comfortable. Tv in living room & main bedroom only. Kitchen is the most equipped that we have been in. Lots of pots & pans and baking sheets. There is a couple of coffee makers, which we didnt use, and a kettle. There is toaster & air fryer & microwave & full oven & stove top. There are plenty of plates and bowls & glasses & cutlery. There are enough cooking utensils too. The owners and or previous guests have left sugar, seasoning & oil & odd bits in the cupboard for use, so handy not to have to buy or take these things esp as travelling from England. All dishwashing liquid & tablets along with laundry tablets are included. Tubs of antibac wipes were also supplied which is good in COVID times to wipe surfaces as well as common touch points on arrival. We stayed for 11 nights over Christmas & New year and had a lovely time in the area, although we didnt spend much time in the house apart from dinner & sleeping!. We had bad weather so didnt go onto the patio., but it had seating for al fresco dining. Lovely touch as well to leave juice & cake in the fridge on arrival! There is a pool on the complex but not currently open for renters due to COVID. Overall good but a bit jaded and dated.. Thanks for a great stay.
