The rooms were clean. Place is quiet except for the planes landing

Our closet clothes rack broke and it took a week to repair it. Rear security door kept breaking. Cars were broken into.

The price and location of the hotel were very convenient.

The gym had no dumbells to work out with, so I couldn't get the full exercise treatment. And there were Nats in the room, hole in the bathroom wall, brown stains on the bathroom wall around mirror, no plunger in the bathroom, no pans in the room, and finally, they had roaches, I saw 2. One in the tub and one big one on the room floor.

Spacious and quiet room

I enjoyed the friendly staff and the place was very spacious. The hotel was set up very nice and it was a nice place to say.

Some improvements that the hotel could make is to put a better curtain in the shower. I also wish I did not have to pay for parking per day at the hotel. Other than that it was a good stay.

The room was nice and spacious. Bed was comfortable. It's too bad I couldn't enjoy both rooms during my stay that ended a day prior to my scheduled check out time.

I was stalked by a guest in my 1st room and asked to be moved. I was told to come downstairs for my new room key. I told the girl I would need about 15-20 minutes as I needed to change as it was after midnight and I was in pajamas. When I got to the front desk, nobody was there. I made several trips to my room and moved my belongings outside the new room. An hour and a half passed until the clerk finally showed up. I was Already upset and scared that the maniac upstairs would follow me. All she said was sorry, I was in a room dealing with something. Grrr I went back to my old room to get the last of my stuff and the door opened when I got there. It was the security guard, I guess. He said he was told the room was empty, it wasn't. I still had valuable trading cards to take. Anyways, I endured the same thing in my new room. I guess until more single women complain about being stalked by guests above or beside them, the property won't do or believe them. Just move them around and try to make them happy and don't investigate the sick men who stalk behind walls. Your property makes it easy for them though with covered up sprinkler systems with small Jelly bowls. What the heck is that about. How embarrassing. I have pictures of what my rooms looked like making it easy for a stalker to install a camera. Never will I stay here again and I will make sure and mention this to the many many traveling Friend I have. And, after check-in how convenient to tell the guest parking is $7/nightly. Shameful. Not once did I see security patrolling out there. Disgraceful!!

it was dirty and they didn’t want to accommodate. they gave us the room right next to the check in desk. we could hear everyone checking in, everyone slamming their doors. the girl with the red hair was rude and was gossiping with her coworker and was probably talking about my bf and i because when we walked by the older looking girl was saying “excuse me” trying to get my bfs attention and when he turned around she began laughing and talking with the red head. There should be better employees at check in , if she can’t do her job with a smile then she should be doing housekeeping so she doesn’t have to interact with guests.

The parking was fine.

No good place to take my dogs out to. The hotel had a musty smell to it. My room wasn’t much better. It needed to be dusted better. They should have a broom in the closet too.
