Ocean Views! Beachside 3 BD/2BA Mission Beach Home
Cette maison est située dans la belle Mission Beach, et a toutes les attractions et restaurants amusants à quelques pâtés de maisons! Il est extrêmement propre et dispose de nombreux équipements de plage, serviettes, draps, ustensiles de cuisine et bien plus encore!
Cette maison est au 2e et 3e étage de la propriété. Le 1er niveau est un 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain complètes. Il y a un lit queen avec un lit gigogne simple dans une chambre et un roi dans l'autre. Il y a un patio avec un barbecue à cet étage et un petit escalier il y a un autre patio. Ils sont tous les deux parfaits pour passer du temps avec vos amis et votre famille tout en profitant de la brise de l'océan! La chambre au dernier étage a un lit queen et une salle de bain privée. De cette pièce, vous pouvez regarder vers le bas dans le salon, ce qui lui donne une sensation de loft ouvert.
Avec 2 lits queen, un lit king, un canapé très confortable et un matelas gonflable, la maison peut accueillir au moins 9 personnes.
La maison dispose de la climatisation !!
Nous avons le wifi haut débit gratuit dans toute la maison et des téléviseurs à écran plat avec des milliers de chaînes. Nous fournissons également une laveuse / sécheuse à la maison.

Easy acces to beach, bay & Belmont park. The 3 bed/2 bath was perfect for our family of 4 and the friends who came to visit. Lots of stairs and a separate room on top floor but would stay again.

We had a great time at the condo. The unit is clean and the kitchen well stocked. It’s nice to have a bedroom/bath on a second floor and to have ocean views from both balconies. Location is excellent - very close to beach, easy walk to Belmont Park and quick drive to Pacific Beach. The property manager was very quick to respond to questions. Would stay again.

This place is close to both beach and bay. They have beach chairs and toys for everyone to enjoy. Our four year old had a great time playing at the bay as the water is very safe there.

Was overall a great place to stay. Location was amazing. Cleanliness could be better, bedding could be WAY better. The master with en suite bath had no TV, and sub par bedding at best. There were not enough trash bags or paper towels to last even 4 days, based on reviews I brought my own. Would be awesome to have some type of Tupperware or foil or baggies… anything to save food. Other than that, had plenty of beach stuff in garage and place was very comfortable for teenagers and a mom.

We enjoyed the location but the property could use some TLC. Upon check-in we had issues with most of the blinds not working on the sliding glass doors but they immediately came out to fix them. We realized that first night the sheets were sandy in one of the bedrooms so we had to wash them before going to bed. Things were dusty including the blinds. The windows were all difficult to open and need replacing. The kitchen was poorly stocked with essentials and the cabinets need updating as they are original. We had ants in the kitchen which was frustrating. There were minimal places to hang towels or anything, which with this large of a place is difficult. More hooks and towel bars would be wonderful. The property manager was great to work with but the property needs a few upgrades to make it a stellar experience.

The location and working with the property management team was great. However, the floors were not super clean when we arrived and one of the beds had sand in it so we had to change the sheets ourselves. The blinds weren't working and the handyman was prompt in coming to fix them but they had dust all over the shades and most of the furniture had a bit of dust on it as well. The windows and sliding doors were difficult to open, they need to be replaced as they are very old. The kitchen had ants and we even saw a few on the floor. The kitchen cabinets also need updating and there were very few amenities in the kitchen, including no saran wrap or foil for our first night dinner leftovers. Silverware was old and some of it was rusty, very few towel bars for the amount of people the unit sleeps and no hooks anywhere for clothes or towels. Again, its the small details that make such a difference in your stay, as we are frequent vacation rental users.

Great rental! We had a wonderful time. Will be stopping here again. If you have more than one vehicle parking is a hassle. That literally was the only thing. Not the property owners fault just a very busy location.

This VRBO location is everything as advertised and MORE! The house has everything you need in perfect condition. The location is ideal. The property manager was very attentive. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Mission Beach!!

Great location on mission beach. Quiet and just close/far enough from the restaurant/bars. Space was more than enough for four adults and two children for 7 days. Garage and beach toys/chairs were a great bonus!

My adult children and I really enjoyed your place Chloe. You were so accommodating and we would definitely stay again. Your beach home was such a comfortable, clean and convenient place. We were a few steps away from the beach and boardwalk, lots of things to do. The weather was perfect (isn’t that par for San Diego?). So much to do and enjoy!

We didn't realize there was another unit below, and the cranky woman renting the unit complained our 4 year old was making too much noise running so it put a stress on our entire vacation. So if there was any negative is the place is ideal for adults.

My family and I stayed here over spring break! The house was perfect! Just a hop, skip, and oh yeah we are at the beach! The house was very clean and roomy. The beds were so comfortable! Plenty of places in walking distance. We do plan on staying here again in the future.

House is conveniently located near the ocean and mission bay. Walkable to a small market, coffee shops, the awesome olive cafe and Miss Bs. We were very comfortable and the place was spotless when we arrived. Be sure to take advantage of the upper deck which we renamed “the cocktail deck”
Kitchen has pretty much every appliance you would need and it was nice to have a convenient laundry room. We would definitely stay again.

This place was awesome!! It was the perfect location, steps away from the beach. There were a ton of beach toys in the garage that were available for use which made our small children happy. There was plenty of space and the customer service was incredible. They checked in multiple times with us and we’re quick to respond if we had a question! Would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay close by!

Convenient location to all areas of San Diego. Parking spot was nice amenities, parking is very hard to find! Host provided paper towel and hand soap and dish soap, very nice to have those. Something to think about - please have brooms to keep areas swept. I would have liked to do this a few times to keep sand cleaned up during our stay.

We stayed in the upstairs and downstairs of this property with kids in their teens and twenties. Everyone was comfortable. Easy walk to the beach, the bay, and Belmont Park. Easy drive to many local attractions. The property had everything we needed and the hosts were excellent! The garage is small, so be mindful of that if you are going to be sharing, the cars need to be compact. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Everything went smoothly from securing the home to check out. The communication with Chloe was excellent. She was always fast to respond to any questions. We couldn't ask for a better experience. The home was very clean and spacious with a well stocked kitchen. I would highly recommend this property.

My husband, me, our two adult sons and their plus ones stayed here for a long Thanksgiving weekend and it was perfect - close to the beach and the bay, quiet enough for us old folks with plenty to do for the college kids! House is beautiful, directions and communication with owner/manager were friendly and helpful. We loved it!

Me and my family had a wonderful stay at this beach house just off the boardwalk. The view of the beach and bay at sunset and sunrise was amazing. Felt like we were right at home. The communication with property management was also great.

Very nice, very clean place. We stayed in the three bedroom with five senior women for a reunion. Great beach access. Comfortable couch and beautifully decorated.

We stayed for a week and wish it could’ve been longer. The property was great, we had the upstairs house and it was spacious for us and our family dog. It was clean and had everything you would need. Location is amazing and great views of the ocean and the bay!! Definitely recommend!! We will be back in the future.

We spent a week at the property. It was in a perfect location close to the beach with great views. The property had everything needed for us including extra pillows, blankets, and beach towels. The only thing anyone needs to be conscious about is the parking. We drove a large SUV and so did the people staying below us so parking in the garage was very tight.

The place looked as listed. There location was great and inside decor was nice. Patio furniture was convenient but rusted. BBQ griller was missing oil pan so after we finished grilling, grease was everywhere. Top balcony was not cleaned from prior tenants. We killed spiders through out our trip. My sister and were bitten by a spider during the stay. My mom and I picked up glass in our feet. We finally found a broom and dustpan in the garage and had to sweep for ourselves.

Great place in San Diego. Parking in the garage is tight and there is not a lot of available street parking. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us and a nearby beach and boardwalk. Good tacos nearby! Property was clean and felt secure.
