PARKING & LIFT ACCESS - A beautiful, modern central apartment.
Ce superbe appartement a été construit l’année dernière (2018) et offre donc un hébergement en parfait état avec un mobilier et des équipements de qualité. La propriété dispose de 2 chambres (une salle de bains), une salle de bains principale, une cuisine superbement équipée comprenant une laveuse / sécheuse et lave-vaisselle et un salon lumineux et spacieux avec balcon généreux. Il y a une place de parking réservée pour une voiture à l'arrière du bâtiment.
Si vous aimez être au cœur de tout, alors Brunswick Road est l'adresse idéale pour un style de vie urbain contemporain. Princes Street et la gare de Waverley sont à environ 15 minutes à pied tandis que l'arrêt de tramway de l'aéroport sur York Place est à environ 10 minutes à pied.
Les zones environnantes (Elm Row et Leith Walk) ont un certain nombre de bars et restaurants renommés ainsi que des cafés et épiceries fines (Valvona et Crolla) tandis que le supermarché Tesco se trouve à moins de 2 minutes à pied.

Property is in a newer residential building with easy access to transportation and great walkability to downtown. Updated interior with all appliances needed including hair dryer and portable fans. Tesco right around the corner for groceries. Excellent choice.

Great apartment for the 4 of us. Some really fantastic restaurants, bakeries and cafes a few minutes walk on a couple of different streets. Apartment was clean, comfortable and quiet. Short walk into central Edinburgh.

The property was clean and comfortable. It was quiet and away from all the crowds (which we enjoyed), yet close enough to get around to all the sights conveniently. The lift and free parking were a bonus. All in all, a great choice!

The property was clean and tidy and is in a great location. It is perfect for our party as the property was accessible by lift and had a walk in shower.
The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, crockery, pots and pans.
I would definitely book it again.

We visited Edinburgh to spend time with our daughter who is finishing her semester abroad. We couldn't have picked a better spot! This flat is close to tram and bus stops, near great restaurants, and well located. It is away from the tourist bustle but you can get to all of the sights easily.
Rarely does a listing end up being exactly what is shown in the photos, but this flat delivers. It was very comfortable and very quiet, which we appreciated after having busy days touring the city. The kitchen was also well appointed should you want to cook.
I would not hesitate to stay here again if we have the opportunity to be back in Edinburgh!

Beautiful home away from home. Located in a great area, easy access to any part of town either walking or by public transport. Close by Tessco for snacks, meals and essentials. The home was clean, comfortable for our family of 4 adults, especially with a second bathroom. The parking spot really helped make this a perfect experience. Edinburg is a beautiful city and this property is an exception way to enjoy your stay. Thank you!

This was the perfect apt for our week long stay. It was plenty of space me my husband, mother-in-law, 1.5 year old daughter, and me. It’s in a great location and Francois was a great host!

Only problem - rug turned up at edge. Easy to trip and hit oneself on glass table. One of our party is unstable so potentially dangerous.

This property provided a superb base for our 9 day stay in Edinburgh! Check in was smooth, the space is delightful, bright, cheerful, complete and comfortable! The location across from an old church that houses a primary school was perfect. The neighborhood felt safe and comfortable and the proximity to Leith Walk shopping and pubs is excellent! Francois was wonderful at responding to my messages, and even though our plane got delayed, he was very accommodating for our late checkin.
The accomodation had absolutely everything we needed- bathroom essentials to cleaning products to kitchen utensils.
The flat was modern and warm coming home everyday was like coming home to our real home.
The beds were super comfy and the living room was spacious and comfortable.
The location is perfect for sightseeing- a 15 min walk to the start of the city centre, and buses and trams outside the accomodation meant easy access to the West End, museum or The Shore.
There are 2 small supermarkets nearby and lots of cafes and restaurants on the Main Street outside the accomodation. I recommend using Google maps to see which restaurants or cafes are open/have seating available.

The flat was perfect for our needs. We had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, bed linens and most supplies. The location is great with easy walks to groceries, shops and restaurants. We were also able to walk to many of the tourist sites. The tram is also right down the street. Francois was easy to reach and quick to help us with any questions or problems.
A very few minor things…the doorstops need to be replaced. They were worn and did not work
well. Doors kept slamming shut. Also, there were no dishwasher or laundry pods. We had to purchase full paks at the Tesco. I would have expected a couple pods for the dishwasher.

The apartment is located in close proximity to many tourist sights in Edinburgh. Short walking distance to many restaurants, bus stop, and grocery store. It was very clean and quiet. We had good communication with Francois. Very satisfied with our experience.

The property was very clean and had everything you needed for your stay . It was located very close to transportation that could take you to the center of the city for sight seeing or shopping. The manger was very helpful and communicated with us quickly as we had to have a late check in. I would recommend the property to friends.

This lovely, modern flat was very clean and well organized - it was a perfect base for our family of 4.
Francois met us and provided a walk-through and quick orientation; there is also some easy to follow written info, which was great for our travel-weary brains. Francois also made himself easily available for any questions that came up.
The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. The dishwasher and washer/dryer worked well and there d/w tabs and laundry pods provided. Hot water on demand, good water pressure and the tub was great for a relaxing soak.
Within a block or two of the flat, there are grocery stores, some great little restaurants and take-aways. We usually strolled into town (~15 minute walk), but also tried out the tram at the end of the block, which was convenient and very easy.
It was really lovely to be able to relax in this clean and uncluttered flat after a busy day out and about. We'd happily stay here again and definitely recommend it as a great base for exploring Edinburgh and the area.

We had a nice stay in quiet neighborhood in Leith. The apartment had plenty of room and was as advertised. Our greatest challenge was driving to the parking spot behind the apartment complex. There were some closed roads and the apartment sits on a one way road. We walked to all city center attractions. Local restaurants, pubs and grocery stores are very close. Thank you to our host.

We loved our stay here! Spacious, clean, and quiet. It’s situated right in the middle of the downtown area of Edinburgh (royal mile, etc) and Leith. We loved being able to walk up and down Leith Way - so many shops, bakeries, restaurants, and away from the primary tourist areas. Also, it’s about a block from a grocery store and the tram which takes you all the way to the airport through downtown stops and to Leith. Book this place!

Highly recommend this flat. Comfortably sleeps 3-4 people, two nice bathrooms, kitchen, laundry. You are about a mile from all of the action; an easy walk to the museums, bus station, train station, etc. Having the Tesco grocery around the corner is also a nice bonus. Francois was easy to get in touch with and helpful with any questions.

Lovely apartment about 30 minutes walk from the city centre. Well equipped and an inviting feel. Despite the cooler evenings the apartment stayed warm, no need to put the heating on. We had a very comfortable stay. Great to have a parking space too.

Spacious apartment in a great location for a long weekend in Edinburgh. Plenty of space for two couples staying, 15-20 minutes walk from the castle/Old Town. Also a great spot if you want to walk up Arthur's Seat.
