Perfect location, pool was great for the kids, short walk to the beach, groceries within walking distance, weather was perfect great time.

Overall a very good stay and the villa was very nice. The pool and other activities for kids was also very good. We would definitely recommend the villa and return for holiday in the future.

Fantastic house with all you need! We were a group of 16 with children. The house is 5 mins walk to a supermarket and 5 mins walk to the beach. Perfect location. Also 15mins drive from Albeifura old town and 20mins from Zoomarine. Both great to do. And the Uber are fantastic and super quick out there! Would recommend heating the pool if you go out of season. Would totally rent again. Thank you

Overall this was the perfect villa for us as 5 friends in their 60s. It was huge and we found we could have a bedroom and a bathroom each. The pool was lovely and the location so close to an excellent supermarket was brilliant. We did have a bit of a problem on the first day when the electric went off and after an electrician was sent out promptly to reset the fuse box - it happened again and we discovered it was a faulty kettle tripping the electrics. You need to keep the work surfaces clean as otherwise the ants take over ! One issue we felt could be improved was a lack of information in the villa about the house and the locality( maps , guides etc) We found the short cut to the beach on the last day !! If there had been a guest feedback book it would have given restaurant recommendations which are invaluable to new guests. Overall we enjoyed our holiday very much.

They take your money without agreeing. They also provide nothing. Not even a bin bag. We stayed at this property with 6 small children. Who get towels dirty, this was mainly because there was no door mats so they had to be used to dry wet feet after being in the pool. This was after one of the adults slipped and grazed their knee. We didn’t wash the towels as we thought that was part of the cleaning. Rather than wash the towels and determine if they would become clean they have taken €73.50 from my deposit for new ones. I would easily of been able to get the towels clean by putting them in the washing machine they provide in the Villa. I have stayed at many properties and never ever been charged for new towels. The property is nice but very tired, it needs a refurbishment. The wardrobe doors have to be opened with huge care for the worry of them coming off the rails, the sofa could do with a deep clean and the hob has huge chunks out of it. The 3 rooms on the bottom floor are what I can describe as prisons as they have no natural light. They have 2 fridges which are quite small and not big enough for the property so we needed to go to the supermarket every other day. On check out day they wanted to charge us €5 per hour per suitcase (we had 18 suitcases) to store until we had an airport pickup which they had been paid over €300 for the transfer. This company is nothing more than a money making and will try and make money out of you in anyway
