Located in desirable Coral Ridge isles, this waterfront house has a large deck for sunbathing with heated pool , dock with ocean access, 3 bedroom with each his own bathroom .

- There is no smoking of any kind inside the home. There is a $250 violation fee if guests smoke inside.
- There are no parties or gatherings of any kind in the home. Only the guests that are registered to stay are allowed. There is a $250 violation fee for guests not following this rule.
- We require a copy of your ID prior to check in.
- You are required to push the trash out on trash pickup day. Please push it out to the curb the night before pick up. Pick up days are Mondays and Thursdays. Extra charges may apply if there is overflow of trash.
- Don't flush personal sanitary product down the toilet which causes clogs.
- No pets are permitted in rental units.
- We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 21 years of age unless
accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
- Guest shall use the Property for residential purposes only and in a careful, respectful and prudent manner so as to prevent any loss, damage, injury, destruction, or mistreatment of the Property. Guest further agrees to save and keep the Property in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition at all times during Guest’s occupancy.
- If Guest experiences any problems whatsoever with the Property during their stay,
please contact host immediately and we will make all reasonable efforts to correct any of the operational or functionality issues as quickly and as practically as possible.

Due to Covid-19 new regulations are in place.
- Review and implement a record keeping process to maintain records of guests and staff movement. These records should be kept for a minimum of 90 days
- We are maintaining 24 hours minimum between the conclusion of a guest stay and the check-in of the next guest stay for appropriate cleaning and sanitation between guests.
- Clean and disinfect all frequently touched surfaces in the property between each guest stay.
- Provide sufficient soap and surface sanitation supplies for guests to utilize in the vacation rental property during the guest’s rental period (market availability dependable)
- Employees who appear to have symptoms should notify their supervisor and stay home.
- We encourage our guests to practice hand washing regularly with water and soap for at least 20 seconds, use hand sanitizers at home and in the workplace
- We recommend removing shoes when entering the property and leaving them at the entrance.
- We recommend you bring the disinfecting supplies that will make you feel safe and comfortable in these difficult times.
- Damage Deposit at check in : $500 with CC pre-authoriz. Fully refundable after check out if no damages.

The property was great. Only minor issues. Big living space. Plenty of room for 3 couples.

I stayed at this home a couple of weeks ago and our family loved it! the location was perfect , stores restaurants very close and easy access to freeway. The house had everything we needed and the washer/dryer was a definite plus.
The pool was the best part! It was so much fun and had a great outdoor atmosphere, We are already talking about staying there again! Highly recommended

The property manager, Tatiana was amazing and very helpful. The property was very comfortable, but it is dated and could use some work. We aren't too picky and nothing kept us from having a great time, but the little things like only 1 light bulb working in one of the bathrooms, the duct tape on the shower tile, the warped boards on the deck, the glass drawers/shelves in the refrigerator were severly cracked, etc was a little disappointing. The view on the water was so nice. The pool was refreshing. We used the grill for steaks one night, which was a great amenity to have. Overall, it was well suited for 3 couples and we had plenty of room. The kitchen was well equipped and we had no problem cooking full meals for 6. The neighborhood was beautiful, well kept and close to everything. We Uber'd to the Hard Rock without a problem. Overall, we had a wonderful, relaxing 3 days at this property.

Nice big space for family but not well maintained. Floors were dirty, Master bathroom shower had mold, Refrigerator water dispenser leaks water on the floor. Pool was dirty when we arrived, patio furniture was moldy, chairs were rusty. Salt/Pepper would be nice to have on hand.

We loved this house and property. We were 3 couples staying here, and the house was perfect with 3 bedrooms wich each had their private bathroom. The kitchen was also very nice. New and well equipped. The location by the canal was beautiful, and we loved to sit at the deck both mornings and evenings. The house was very clean, with tasteful furnitures and comfortable beds. Easy and well organized to rent, and to stay in touch with the housemanager. We will recommend this house to others, and hope to come back ourselves!
