"Xanadune", une villa haut de gamme en bord de mer située dans la magnifique communauté de Shipwatch sera le séjour parfait pour vos vacances à la plage. Située dans le bâtiment D, cette charmante villa donne l'impression d'être assise sur la plage.
Le salon (avec canapé-lit) et la cuisine donnent sur la vaste plage. Ouvrez la porte coulissante en verre pour sentir la brise de l'océan! La première chambre au niveau principal a un lit queen mignon et confortable avec salle de bain complète privée. Au deuxième étage, la luxueuse chambre principale avec grand lit et salle de bain donne sur l'océan. En outre, la chambre d'hôtes au deuxième étage a un lit superposé complet, une banquette-lit double et un porche privé donnant sur le parcours de golf.

We had such a wonderful time! The condo is located right on the beach. The pictures and listing were accurate. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

The place was great, but as stated it did need some TLC. Good news? I conveyed this to management and they told me they were removing this from unit circulation until it got the needed cleanup. The main issues were the handrail going up to the second floor (too yucky to touch) and the rim on the washing machine (one of the front loaders that tend to mold if not carefully attended). Aside from these things, we were on the 3rd/4th floor (master bed is on the second floor) and loved the view and the sound of the waves all day and through the night. So therapeutic! We came prepared to cook for about half of the nights we stayed and cooking in the kitchen was just fine. Don't plan on using any of the dry goods though - some items were dated from 2017! Bring whatever you need. Rent bikes! It's so flat and easy to ride around the resort! Oh, and this was the first time we rented from a property management company through VRBO (as opposed to an individual owner). It felt a little more like a hotel experience as a consequence; the place was more impersonal, that's all.

The condo looked exactly like the photos. Very comfortable beds, updated bathrooms, and kitchen was well stocked. We definitely will return. Cannot top that oceanfront view!

I sell short term rentals for a living and this one is top notch! Very clean, plenty of space, and well organized. Views are super, everything was super! My only complaint is the master bed was not a king lol I should have read the listing better. The pictures are just as good as the real thing! Very well represented.

The unit was well stocked with all kitchen/bath needs. Location was tucked away from main traffic of the island. The pool and access to the beach were just a short walk away!! Guest bedroom upstairs could use a dresser, along with the toilet in corresponding bathroom wasn’t flushing properly. Other than that, we loved our stay and absolutely would like to return!!

My husband and I took our grandson and a friend for a relaxing trip. The property was wonderful. Great beach views, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and beds, everything we needed as a home base for our trip. Location was perfect for exploring all the area has to offer.

Wild Dunes off season was wonderful- traffic always light so commuting to Mt Pleasant was simple- the ocean was beautiful . We bundled up and walked the near empty beach... The condo was just perfect for our family get together...

We had a great time Xanadune! The property was super clean, updated and the views were amazing. We had an opportunity to relax and enjoy the beach view before the end of the year. Would definitely book again!

This was the first time staying at this unit but not at the Shipwatch Villas. The location cannot be beat for an oceanfront complex. The views are amazing and the best sunrise views from the balconies. The unit itself while nicely updated, was lacking in basic kitchen necessities. We enjoy cooking in with the local seafood and barely had enough forks for 5 people. Utensils, dishes and pots/pans need to be upgraded and added. The toilets were loose and and the washing machine had quite a bit of mold built up inside the door. Just some routine maintenance and TLC to some areas around the villa and this would be a 5 star property in our opinion. A great place to stay and would highly recommend!
