Perfect location with comfortable accommodations!! Host was amazing to work with, we will be back!!

My two sisters and I had a sisters stay at this house. The view of the pond was wonderful and it was a short walk to the shore. The house itself was great, nicely decorated, beautifully designed. We would definitely stay here again.

My sisters and I with our parents rented the house to attend a family wedding nearby. The house was comfortable and had a great open living, dining and kitchen space. The house is down a dirt road and has lake access so it feels very private. The weekend was rainy but the house had great views and a closet full of board games for us to enjoy. It would be a great place for a family vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The setting is spectacular right on the lake, the home is so comfortable and cozy, and it has all that you need to feel at home. It is secluded, but close to Damriscotta and other towns. We loved our time here. My favorite time of day was my morning coffee with a book on the dock.

Stayed with my husband and brothers-in-law on a weekend of crazy snow! Beautiful spot, can’t wait to stay here again and see the water. Beautiful home, nice kitchen and laundry, could easily stay here longer term! Unique layout perfect for a group

it was very clean and very comfortable, and the view was fantastic. It had everything we needed. We would defiantly stay there again.

We loved that the property was out on the lake and covered with trees with beautiful fall colors! It was a good base for us to go up and down the Maine coast looking at lighthouses, the ocean, and all the little towns with quaint shops. The loons are magical! They were in the cove right in front of the cottage, plus we could sit on the dock and see and hear them. Their calls during the night were a bucket list item for all of us! We did use the kitchen to cook several meals and had the utensils there that we would need at home. Only suggestion would be that some of the sheets are getting really nobby and should be replaced. Loved the overall experience and we're so grateful with the owner's ability to work with us the last day to give us a little extra time for check out. Overall, I would do it again!

Beautiful time of year to be in Maine on the water with the changing colors of the fall trees. Well equipped home, spacious and very comfortable. We are already planning on going back!

We had an excellent long weekend at Pemaquid Lake. We overcame a day one power outage due to a nearby traffic accident taking out a power pole and line by visiting friends on nearby Biscay Pond. The home was in very good condition, the WIFI service was strong, the home is convenient to all services in nearby Damariscotta and was well stocked. We had excellent Fall weather, albeit very windy. There is much to do in the area but a couple of the highlights were visits to Marshall Point and the Rockland Breakwater Lighthouses. We enjoyed a dinner at Schooner Landing in downtown Damariscotta right on the river.

We had our two adult kids with us and all of us just loved the house! Clean and comfy and attractive, we found the location excellent for activities we wanted to do along the Maine coast. We loved watching movies in the comfy living room, playing games inside and out. And the dock is amazing, we had an incredible time stargazing and we loved the canoe. Hope to come back in summer so we can swim too!

Excellent location for day trips north and south of Damariscotta. Property was just as described for our girls trip, couldn't have asked for more.

The property is lovely, and could not ask for a better location. It is secluded yet accessible to everything. We unfortunately did not get to take advantage of the lake toys. The house is very comfortable. Kitchen has all needed amenities, and nicely a washer/dryer available for our use. The TV, extremely difficult to use if that is important to you. Would stay again gladly. Thank you!

This was such a great experience! The interior of the house exceeded our expectations, offering all of the comforts or amenities we could ask for. Plenty of room, extremely comfortable furniture and lovely décor. Lots of skylights and windows to make it bright and give us great views of Lake Pemaquid. The outside of the property is extremely well maintained as well. We enjoyed the canoe and the quiet sounds of nature off the back porch and at the dock. Excellent location - close to town and Route 1 for any kind of day excursions. Definitely one of the best properties we have rented since coming to the Mid Coast region for multiple years!!

Great location. We spent most of our time on the dock and lake … and mom/Grammy on the porch watching everyone. Nice long dock for fishing, sitting, enjoying the lake. Great open floor plan. Excellent kitchen. The only thing we would say is bring a few wine glasses if you have a few people that like to enjoy a glass of wine or two in the evening.

This home was perfect for our getaway. We were in the woods and on the beautiful lake in a completely private setting. We really enjoyed both the house and being out in the yard and on the water. We even caught some fish while we were there. Would definitely rent this place again.

The property was beautiful and exactly as listed, my family and I had an amazing time. The house had a peaceful, welcoming energy and we are very blessed and grateful to have stayed in this home... Being able to wake up in the morning and walk to the lake was exactly what my soul needed to breathe again, to move forward in life and gain patients and knowledge. If you are looking for a place to bring your family together for smiles and hugs while, swimming in the water .. even if it rains .... . then this is the place for you...... thank you Brigitte...

This home is amazing. Easy check in and we’ll stocked. The views were wonderful. We didn’t have time to get out in the canoe but we will be back!

Exceeded expectations

Property is in a great location right on the lake. Short drive to the town for restaurants and shops. We did some great fall hikes with stunning scenery.

We had a wonderful fall getaway at this beautiful property. The view, the lake and the foliage didn’t disappoint! Enjoyed canoeing on the lake and seeing Loons and eagles! The dock was a great spot to watch the sunrise each morning. The house was beautifully decorated and so comfortable to relax. The linens provided we clean and comfortable. The big open kitchen was a great space for everyone to come together for board games, cooking etc. Overall the location was great short drive to downtown Damariscotta, Rockland and Bristol ME. Overall this house was perfect for 4 adults, 2 teenagers (hello WiFi) and 2 elementary aged kids. We would definitely rent again!

The serene and peaceful atmosphere of this house and property were exactly what we needed to decompress. The house is beautifully designed with comfort and charm in mind. It is impeccably clean and well equipped with everything you need for your stay. We loved the private space and the gorgeous dock and grassy areas to sit and read. It’s an easy drive to Damariscotta and other towns along the coast. Lots of outdoor activities and restaurants with carry out make this a great choice with precautions in mind for safe travel. Great stay. Easy booking and communication. We hope to be back soon
