The location, facilities and staff were all excellent. Our villa was huge and comfy with a beautiful view from the veranda. Rob at the pool bar was fantastic! The front desk staff was very accommodating to our every need. They arranged our golf cart and pick up from the ferry terminal and arranged for any activity you might want on the island. We will definitely be back!

The property was clean and very nicely maintained. Beach was nicely groomed and had games for entertainment. Excellent bar poolside open every day. Staff was extremely helpful in arranging excursions even with special requests. Rob at bar knew local fisherman and was able to arrange fresh caught lobsters for purchase at the dock and even grilled them for us. Rooms were very large and comfortable.

A little far from town. You need a cart to go to most of the restaurants. There is a small store within walking distance.

The villa was well set-up, staff very personable and helpful. The room we had was very spacious. Well set-up kitchen, washer and dryer, big deck and very secure.

This is such a quiet resort (in a good way). I think it was probably fully booked during our stay but everyone was respectful and they never had music or people get too loud. The staff was very helpful through every minute of our stay. They helped book taxis/golfcarts/excursions, etc. They were super quick to fix a repair on a toilet that was not working. The beach is quiet and they have lounge chairs and games everywhere to enjoy the pool or beach area. The whole place was very well maintained and the cleanest I've seen.

I didn't realize that you couldn't really walk in the water here (well you can, but with lots of sea grass and rocky bottom). We had to go elsewhere in a golf cart for beaches. Not a big deal as there are plenty close by. I wish we had restaurants closer but with a kitchen we were able to cook a few meals.

Lighthouse Beach Villas were incredible. They are set up like full apartments including kitchen, dining room, office space, large living room and huge porch overlooking the pool and beach. Each bedroom had a bathroom and the washer and dryer were very helpful. The suite itself was immaculately clean, very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. We were definitely able to completely relax and enjoy ourselves while staying here.

There are no elevators so we had to think twice about going back up once we went down 4 flights of stairs but the views are worth it.

The entire staff was so welcoming and helpful. We appreciated suggestions like checking out the Tarpon fishing off the dock at night, best places for food and Rob our bartender always had the best drink selections! This was truly an easy and relaxing vacation. Thank you!!

the noise if you stay by the bar and pool it’s hard to wind down depending on when you want to sleep; there was also long brown hair in my bed on the sheets by the pillows

not that I didn’t like it, but there are a lot of stairs if you’re on an upper level. I don’t think there is an elevator and there are 3 upper levels.

The condos were large and nicely furnished. If you wanted to cook all the proper supplies are provided. There is even a washer and dryer. The pool was lovely and beach access is easy.

I didn’t have any complaints. I would note if you are unfamiliar with San Pedro and Belize you may not be aware that most of the island has a sea wall. We knew this and we don’t swim in the ocean so this is not a surprise or problem for us.

We thought the two bedroom suites were beautiful and well equipped with appliances, dishes etc. Our family was comfortable and had a wonderful time. The employees were very friendly and helpful. We can't wait to visit again.

We don't have any negative things to say, but people should know that the location is out of town, but even that was nice as we avoided the noise. If you're on the fourth floor, you will need to climb lots of stairs as there are no elevators. Any back or foot issues be sure to request a lower floor.

Amazing place, far enough away from the city center, but still on 15 minute ride to get down to the nightlife/party if that is what you are looking for. Staff was top notch. Booked a tour with them, hung out with the super friendly bartenders etc. Accidently locked myself out of the guest bathroom, hotel staff was there to fix it in less then a hour. They have complimentary beach towels, beach jenga, kayaks. Great wifi! Private pier to swim of off, so you don't have to worry about the sargassum. Glory- She is the manager aka boss. Could not be a better host.

Lighthouse Beach Villas is one of the best places I have ever stayed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. When they say you are not just a face in the crowd they mean it. Everything was well stocked in your villa and the view was amazing! It was very clean and the beds were so comfy. My hubby and 2 girls(14,20) were looking for something different and this by far was our best family vacation. My brother, his wife, and daughter(10) as well as our mother joined us for this vacation. We all truly enjoyed our villas which felt more like home. I love the fact that they both had different furniture, paintings, etc. This truly gave it not just a replica feel. We stayed in Unit 2 and they stayed in Unit 1 which gave our mother easy access to walk out to pool and beach without access stairs. She LOVED it! There is plenty to do and food in close range. Even a nice spot just behind the villa(Southern Comfort) hope that I remembered the name. There is a shopping mart just down the street to load your fridge or even delivery places if you just don't feel like going out. Everyone is so nice a friendly. The reviews I read before booking were absolutely true and exceeded my expectations. If you are anything like me I read plenty of reviews. I was amazed at all the good reviews and thought to myself I have never not seen a place with not 1 bad review. Once you stay there you know why. It truly was heaven on Earth. I know I mentioned the beds but they are worth mentioning again.....sooooo COMFY!!! Having a washer machine and dryer was definitely a bonus. Rob pours yummy drinks, Glori is sweet as pie and so helpful, the security officer watches the property at night to make sure everyone is safe although it was always very peaceful it was a bonus to know someone was watching the property. The communication with Glori is so efficient and always a quick response to questions. We are looking forward to coming back and staying at this amazing place again!

The rooms were immaculate and very spacious. the staff were all fantastic. The swim up pool bar was nice. lots of fantastic restaurants nearby.

Not a great beach to swim, but you can swim off their private peer, or use the provided paddle boards or SUP.

The location was out of downtown. Quiet and peaceful. Had all the amenities of home. We made breakfast and a few dinners there. I enjoy cooking so that was very nice.

Everything! My husband said I hit a home run when I planned this vacation and booked a unit at Lighthouse Beach Villas. The rooms and the property were immaculate and the staff was wonderful. If you can, book Unit 4 - a 3 bedroom on the 4th floor at the front of the property. My husband and I were up at 6:00 every morning, enjoying our coffee and the view from from the veranda. The location is perfect and an easy golf cart ride to town. Great place for a family vacation.
