Property was clean, Accommodating and cozy. The only negative is the parking… Very very tight and first come first serve

Great house we had a lot of fun in Myrtle Beach. Nice and quite neighborhood.

First there is Zero parking, if your vehicle does not fit in garage, don’t stay here. Next water issues on ceiling and in walls, very dusty and dirty, needs cleaning or coat of paint, couch arm broken off and good thing I did not need third bedroom, it had no power, lamps , outlets did not work, Towels provided had holes in them that were handing on broken towel racks. Had we not had a puppy the reason we chose this spot( paying over 250.00 more) it was not worth it. It is also very congested are , load and you can hear people taking out side , super thin walls. About 3 days before check in Nick reached out to tell us the home we originally reserved had a water leak so he switched us to a different property. It was so disappointing that we would have left 1 day early however the weather was bad so we had to stay for the whole reservation time. The home was not clean. The baseboards were covered in filth. The bedding was dirty and stained. The toilets and floors were not cleaned with clean water. The bath towels were ripped and stained, like they had been used for cleaning. The air filter in the master bedroom ceiling was completely covered in dust and dirt, the shared bathroom had a prior leak in the ceiling that had been patched and painted over and the paint was peeling and bubbled out where you could see the prior leak. The kitchen cabinets where dirty and the pots and pans had just been thrown underneath and trying to match a lid to a pot or pan was nearly impossible because it was so unorganized. The couch and blinds in the living room were broken. The outdoor rug that was in the living room was torn on one side which caused it to be lifted in one end and caused a tripping hazard for everyone in the house, and it was filthy. Only part of the garage was usable for our vehicles because the other side was filled with misc furniture, grills, boxes of houseware items, mop buckets with dirty water, and trash bags filled with I don’t know what. The internet connection was so bad that no of the smart TVs upstairs would connect to anything so they were not able to be used in the bedrooms. There is an electrical issue because the breaker tripped about 30 times during our 3 night stay. The spare bedroom, master bath, and hallway breakers had to constantly be reset in the garage. Even when nothing was plugged in in those areas. In fact, it was tripped when we arrived and took us 20 minutes to figure out why the lights or fans wouldn’t come on in those bedrooms. Lastly, the walls are paper thin to the outside. So the spare bedrooms can hear everything that is happening outside during all times of the day and night. There was a fight a few homes down from us the first night and the second night some teenagers across the street were having a party. Overall we were extremely disappointed with the money we spent. We make frequent trips to the area for cheer, however will have to find somewhere else to stay.

The host was great and it was a great property with easy access to most things around Myrtle Beach. The interior could use a bit of upkeep and some of the linens had stains on them, but overall a nice experience.

First time ever renting a house and loved it. Due to this pandemic it was a safer environment more secure. The house was very nice and located close to all activities. This will not be the last time had a very nice experience. Thanks!

Very happy with our experience here. Some nice extras for ease, remote control lights, cable and Netflix with nice size screens in each room. Comfortable to stay in. Owner very responsive with the few issues we had, and had great recommendations for food options.

My one and only complaint is the cleaning. With such a steep cleaning fee on this property, I expected the house to be spotless. There were dishes in the sink when we arrived and a towel on the floor in front of the washer. Later we also found a cookie wrapper in the master closet. I wish there had been a welcome book left with the home explaining the wifi password and where the garage door openers were. Parking is limited so you'll definitely want to use the garage. Part of the garage is a seating area so you can't park there. My suggestion would be if you have more than one car in your group to tell the owner in advance so that they can clear it out so the whole garage can be used for parking. Most of the time we were there the garage was our only option to park as guests in other houses were using the parking on either side of the house and there is no street parking. We really loved being able to keep the garage door opener in the car, once we found it, and not have to leave the car until it was pulled into the garage, it really elevated our stay since it was cold and rainy. Overall we loved the house and the location however if we were tourists going to be at the beach I would not pick this property. It's too far to walk to the beach so you would have to drive and fight to find parking everyday. Since we weren't going to the beach at all we really liked the location because it was very fast to get to wherever we needed to go.

We were offered this property after there were some plumbing problems with our original rental. What a lovely place! It is reasonably new, and does not have that "too many people have stayed here" feel. My kids loved their beds. They said they were too comfy and they wanted to sleep in every day. The location is the big selling point here. You are about eight minutes from the beach (Make a right out of the development and keep driving until you hit the water) We parked right at the beach entrance (there are about ten spots at the end of each road) We used the parking app which was awesome and easy. Just $2 an hour or $10 all day. It worked out really well, and we were only charged $3 when we stayed an hour and a half. That made us happy. You are also only about ten minutes from Broadway at the Beach (The Aquarium and Wonder Works and all the major shows) And maybe 15 minutes to Ripleys and Pirate Voyage. You are minutes from a Food Lion (Like, you could walk there) and fast food was super close, too. We could not be more happy about the location. It's right in the middle of everything. Drawbacks: Getting into the garage is very tough. It's tight. You are not supposed to park on the street, but people do. When they do, you cannot pull into your garage, because the streets are so narrow. This is a free standing house, which is GREAT, but these houses are squashed right on top of each other. I counted the steps between our house and the house behind, and it was exactly twenty feet between houses. So you have ten feet of backyard. If you look out your back window, you are looking right into the other house... which is okay, because there are plenty of blinds. It was just strange. The little backyard was flooded each day by the sprinklers as well, so you can't really use it for your doggies. HOWEVER right down the street (about a minute walk) is a long space of really great grass that everyone takes their dogs to. Just remember your poopie bags, because it is such a nice area, and most people perform responsible pup maintenance, keeping it nice and clean for everyone. My only real disappointment was a lack of a kitchen table for everyone to sit at. I also needed a table to set up a laptop for work, but all the tables were high - "stool-height" tables which are not amicable to working. We ended up using the bar stools around the counter for meals, and one or two sat at the high top table. We made it work... Oh! Holy air conditioning! Wow! A++
