Needed more coffee cups, and utensils, better equality wine and cocktail glasses . It should supply kitchen items for the number of people it will sleep

We have such a wonderful time! This home and property is lovely! It was very clean and private…we would love to stay again!

Everything was great. Only complaint is there was no pool cues that were useable, the fooseball table is bad, and golf course was under construction and there was loud noise periodically throughout the stay.

The house fit our multi-generational family very comfortably. Many items need repair, and or replacement. Our biggest disappointment was that we could not use the BBQ grill for a special night planned. A replacement grill or a major parts replacement is needed.

Bautiful, clean house. Plenty of room for all us. Had all amenities we need it. Highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our vacation at this home, beautiful home, large and spacious, great view and pool but there were some none working items, room descriptions are not all accurate, some TV's not working or no cable connected to them, and no hot water during our stay. We would come again, if some of the issues can be addressed.

Overall this property is great! Location is very quiet, pool size was excellent and the kids loved the Baja area. House has everything you would need on a daily basis. Only thing i would comment on is the misters outside don’t work and they haven’t for quite sometime so I would suggest removing that from your listed as an option because in 115 degree weather, i was excited for the misters, hahaha. Everything was great and i would definitely stay here again!

This home was a stunner! We've stayed in this same floor plan a few times but this home was much cleaner and upgraded. It fit our group perfectly and was a great house to entertain inside and out! I highly recommend this property!

Great house for big families. It's spacious and beautiful, it has everything you need to have some quality time with family and friends.

Took my family to Palm Springs and this house was great! So spacious, the pool was nice and the AC was cranking so we had a great time! I will say, I think the welcome email might need to be updated with some better instructions on how to work some things in the house. The WiFi we were given was incorrect and we were trying to track down someone to help us and finally got someone on the phone. There were also fans in the house and misters outside that we could not get to work as there weren’t any instructions to follow. Other than that, we loved our stay here.

I'm rating this a five because the property was amazing but we did have issues. There was no Wi-Fi or cable entire time -6 days, master shower did not get hot, kitchen faucet was stripped and did not turn off and a few other issues. Maintenance came and the only item fixed was a light bulb. Property mgmt never got back to me when the cable or anything would be fixed. I was told they were getting permission from property owner but never heard back.

Let’s start with communication,very sparse, I kept wondering if my reservation went through, I never received check in instructions so I had to call the day of hrs before and they said they forgot. After looking at the pictures we were confused if the casita had 2 beds or 1, I called and confirmed it had a king bed, upon arrival it was 2 queens. House is huge and it was very clean, that’s the good part! BUT, as we unpacked and established ourselves we started noticing a lot of little things like , one of the bathroom light didn’t work, remotes didn’t have batteries in master, 1 roll of Tp per bathroom, kitchen was missing a lot of simple amenities, and kitchen faucet leaked a lot you had to almost wrestle with it to turn off, there was NO coffee maker only keurig so we had to go buy one cause keurig pods are too expensive. No dish soap and an old dish sponge left behind, 1 roll of napkins, we could never figure out any of the TVs in bedroom and tv in back living room had like a space haze on the screen, ac in back living room and last corner room were very hot, so unbearable my daughter had to sleep on couch, we have stayed at rentals where you are greeted with a folder on everything about the home like what lights switches do what and how to work remotes , wifi etc, this house you had to figure everything out yourself. TVs we’re a huge bust and very hard to control. Pool was big but there were a lot of bugs in it I’ve never gotten as bit as I did in the pool, and the temperature was not cool it was very warm, maybe cause it’s only 5ft at most. And lastly..bugs, there were tons I mean tons of crickets, i would say hundreds daily, on day 1 we saw 2 cockroaches in kitchen area and near the wine cellar. It seemed like maybe there was an electrical short because sometimes the lights would flicker, I didn’t mention this to anyone because I felt like there was no one to tell, the only communication we got was on last day telling us we had to check out so I didn’t even bother. My husband spent our vacation killing crickets, skimming the pool and changing out light bulb in bathroom only to have it go out again days later. We still had fun and made most of it but have to say was disappointed for the money we paid, we expected more, at least a coffee maker or even bar amenities in the bar, it’s was empty! One positive was master ac was perfection, cold like I like! Wouldn’t stay here again but then again it is for sale so May not be available for rent.

First, this house is immaculate! Kevin has an absolutely beautiful home in a very nice relaxed neighborhood. Even ran into some of the neighbors upon arrival, every was just very nice and friendly. The home itself has just about anything you could ask for. It's extremely clean, spacious, and good for a weekend getaway. The pool and the hot tub are such an added bonus.

Nice big home with a sizable backyard. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but we were a little put off by the lack of communication with the property management (i.e., Not responding to emails/messages prior to the stay as well as not much in the way of directions). Maybe this happens when you stay at a place that is part of a "professional management" group, but it was not nearly as welcoming as past places we stayed where we had contact with the actual owner of the home. There were some other shortcomings but no reason to go on and on. Like I mentioned at the outset, overall we enjoyed our stay, but expected a little more service, I guess. Thx

I feel this was one of the best values in a rental I have had. Super layout. The house really had all we needed for my daughters and their friends. I miss it already.

That house was great and had plenty of room for our family to spread out. The backyard and pool were fantastic and it’s where we spent the majority of our time.

It was a great house to have a large group of people over. Besides the refrigerator not cooling down our food/ beverages and the freezer not being able to freeze ice cream which was a big let down all together.. we had a great time.

Plenty of space for everyone. Management easy to reach about any issues. I’ve maker is a little slow so be prepared to do an ice run. Thermostat set to no lower than 72 which we wished we could get A bit lower at night to sleep. Well appointed kitchen.
