Lovely, well furnished condo with beautiful views of the ocean. It has all we needed and was well equipped. Our family enjoyed our time and look forward to another visit soon.

Enjoyed the lovely place we stayed while in the Charleston area. The condo had all the amenities a family needs for a relaxing get away. Enjoyed the ocean views and the space for our family to have privacy. Wild Dunes is a beautiful location, too, in the heart of scenic Isle of Palms. There is much to do nearby, including shopping and dining, and getting around the area is very easy. Felt very safe here and the unit was quiet. It was a great experience and we would stay here again.

This condo in Shipwatch worked great for our family stay in Charleston! The beach view was gorgeous! Access to the beach was easy and scenic. All the beds were comfy and the kids enjoyed the bunkbeds. Three bathrooms, convenient laundry, and a well-stocked open kitchen made life easy! I will recommend this place to my relatives who want an accessible unit where they can sit and watch the ocean with minimal walking!

This place has everything we need for a vacation away from home. Corner unit has more sunlight, the balcony connects to the outdoor seating area of the master bedroom enlarges our activity space. The living room, dining, kitchen area set up beautifully and are in very good shape. We enjoy our stays here!

This place is amazing. Had everything we needed. Had a rainy day and there were games to play even. We definitely will be coming back. It’s so beautiful on the inside. Beautiful view!!!! It’s definitely a vibe.

First, I would like to say the condo is very nice. It’s well maintained and very comfortable. This is our third time staying in the ship watch condos and first time at this particular condo. We love the views from the patio and close beach access with no stairs, ideal for a stroller. However, midway through our stay they began construction on the condos next door, which are only 50 feet or so from this unit. It’s not just construction, they were grinding the concrete decks on all 4 levels of the condo from 7:30am till about 4pm. It is extremely loud and dusty, everyone is wearing respirators that’s working. I asked if there was anything that could be done and was told that the listing said there would be construction going on during our stay. I totally missed it, but I feel like it was a real “gotcha” moment by the property manager, because the rate doesn’t reflect at all that this work is being done, it’s practically still peak season rates. This unit shouldn’t have even been available for the days we stayed. Anyway, lesson learned on my part, keep an eye out for any notes that say “construction” and stay far away.

Everything exceeded our expectations… perfect oceanfront location with amazing views, great space for our family (2 adults and 3 kids), comfortable furnishings and finishes, and a fully stocked kitchen.

I visited with family and the property exceeded expectations. The check in process was extremely easy, and the property was very clean and nicely decorated. I visited with family (we were a group of 7) and we loved the property. The kitchen is open and nicely decorated and fully stocked with all supplies. The balcony was the highlight for us. The balcony has outdoor furniture and a space large enough for our whole group to comfortably sit outside together. It overlooks the ocean and the view exceeded my expectations. We have two young kids and the condo and location was perfect for them. This would also be a fantastic spot for adults traveling without kids as well.

Ideal location and spectacular viee of the ocean. Rooms were soacious and very clean. One complaint from family in bunk room. Mattresses were not comfortable. The front door lock gave us trouble but after 2 visits the maintenance man showed all of us how to correctly lock and unlock door. He schooled us.

This unit was just how it is described and more. Upon entry we were greeted with a lovely smell and treats left just for us from local businesses, which was really nice. Pristine linens in all the bedrooms and so very clean. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you would ever need and more. The views from our unit were remarkable!! I did need to ask a question while we were visiting and communication with the manager was quick and informative. Check in and check out was so easy! Just a simple text took care of all tasks necessary. This was truly a vacation!! This unit was truly nothing short of amazing!!

We had an amazing time! Our friends from AZ had never been to SC before. Plenty of room for 8 with the 4 kids sharing a room. We enjoyed our time here so much we added a night. Owners were immediately responsive to all my questions. We will be back.

Such a good location and wonderful to see the ocean from almost every room! We shared the place with friends for a long weekend and very much enjoyed hanging on the beach, cooking meals and relaxing on the porch overlooking the ocean. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home?

This was everything and more. The ‘real thing’ is even better than the photos, we had an incredibly relaxing time! IOP is a great location to wonderful golf, historical sites, great eating places and … the beach with an amazing ocean view! Highly recommend!

Everything was great, exceeded expectations!

This property was perfect for our spring break trip. 2 70+ year olds, 2 40-somethings, a teenager and a 10YO. The balcony was great. There's an alcove on it I didn't notice in the pictures with a large L-shaped outdoor sofa plus 2 regular chairs and 2 beach style high-chairs. The building was very quiet and we could easily hear the ocean at night on the balcony. The moon rise that accompanied it was soothing also. Elevator was never overwhelmed and we never had a problem finding parking for our suburban. Had no problems with door dash finding us and we were glad to be in a gated community like Wild Dunes because the rest of IoP was a little raucous this week which is quite uncharacteristic. Wild Dunes was unphased. Great property, great location, will return again! Thanks Steven and Sarah. :)

We needed a quick family-friendly spring break trip and this place checked all the boxes. Wild Dunes and the beach are fantastic and the location of this unit helped so much with elderly parents who wanted to be close to the ocean. We had a great time and Steven had everything ready for us when we arrived. We will definitely stay here again!

We rented A Wave from it All for a week to escape the cold in Chicago and had a wonderful time. The unit is exactly as advertised, updated and very well appointed, with a gorgeous view of the ocean. We brought our infant and 2-year old and the unit was perfect for us all. Was so nice how quickly you could get out to the beach and that there are a playground and pool on site. There were also plenty of beach chairs, toys, etc for our use. Overall, very family friendly. We really didn’t have any problems but the management team was friendly and very quick to respond any time we reached out with questions. We will definitely be renting again in the future!

This was a wonderful place to stay! It has adorable decorations, a beautiful view, a quick walk to the beach, and close to a golf course. There’s an elevator with luggage carts to make getting unpacked super easy. It’s about a mile from the bike rental, tennis center, and shops…an easy walk, bike, or drive. We rented bikes one day, and it was fun riding around on the many bike paths. The management company was great. They kept us informed about the check in / check out process and made sure we had everything we needed. One thing to note is that the tennis center seems to be for “resort guests” only. We called to book a court and were told that we couldn’t use the courts with a VRBO rental. To be fair, we didn’t reach out to the management company to clarify because it was a pretty day and we didn’t want to waste it figuring this out. Just a heads up if you plan to play, I’d check into this. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely come again!

We had a great stay at 'A Wave From It All'! Everything was extremely clean and honestly the condo was nicer than what it even showed in the pictures, especially the ocean view. From the moment you walk into the condo you can see the ocean. Panoramic views from the kitchen, living room and master suite. 3 full baths, everything you could want for cooking and living so we didn't feel like we had to buy a lot of those 'extras'. The Wild Dunes community is very nice, perfect for biking around and quiet! We found many of the residents who own condo units in 1 of the 4 buildings to be very friendly and great for recommending local restaurants on Isle of Palms or Sullivan's Island. We loved every thing about the condo and our stay in Isle of Palm. The condo was beautifully decorated, well equipped and provided a nice start up of essentials. The view from the large windows was breathtaking. We loved spending time on the balcony and had a great view of the beach, the only feedback is the rug could be replaced out there. The pool area was well kept and beautiful. We loved walking from the condo to the resort on the walking trail. Thank you for the welcome treat. We will definitely book again.

We arrived to a spectacularly clean condo that was comfortable and well-equipped in every way. The beds were so comfy we looked forward to going to sleep and the view was perfect with some splendid sunsets. The communication with the manager was great although we had no issues during our stay. This is definitely a property that we will return to.

This place was amazing. We brought our 2 kids and my parents and we all had a blast. The location is everything. Right near beach access and directly next to the pool and play ground. The place was clean and comfortable. Check in was smooth and the entire trip was a breeze. You are told the resort is pet free but we saw multiple dogs and even pet clean up stations in the complex, so that was confusing. Other than that it was a great spot and would recommend to friends and family.
