Great location,beautiful home.While staying there we seen a few roaches and made Vacasa aware and all they stated was that they would update our reservation??

Had a wonderful family ski weekend bringing together our children and grandchildren to celebrate 50 years. Loved the house and the location! It snowed every day!!

I loved the house and it comes with everything you need but the lack in communication is hard. I had to call multiple times to get through to the company. But other than it is a nice company

This is a great house and our family really appreciates the features that made it very accessible to my wife (who is 85 and has Parkinson's Disease). This was a great choice for getting together with our children and grandchildren. It made for a perfect 4 night family reunion with lots of group meals and outdoor activities. We love the ease of getting my wife in and out of the house by wheelchair, moving around the house, excellent shower installation and grab bars in the bathrooms, the door openings in and out of the bathrooms, plus the elevator. The one thing that really failed in terms of disability access was the height of the bed in the master bedroom. The bed was far too high for her to make a simple transfer from the wheel chair. The ADA guidelines call for beds to be 20 to 23 inches high. We did not measure the bed height but we are sure that it was well above 27 inches. Our bed at home is 23. If the owner of this house is building other units I really urge them to swap out these beds to a regular unit and install ADA appropriate beds here. Every transfer in and out of the bed was a major struggle. Again, we think it is a great house and are so pleased at the efforts to made it work for the handicapped, but the bed height was a glaring error. Thanks for asking our opinion,

One of the nicest rentals we have ever had. Lovely decor, beautiful view & accommodations were great for all members of our family. Well appointed kitchen. We will be back.

We only stayed two nights but when we left several members of my group left covered in bed bug bites. During the booking process and after our trip it took days to get a response from owners/property management company via the app or email. We realized that several people were covered in bed bug bites the night after we left since we all live in different states and since we were only at the house two nights. We contacted the property management/owners but were told there’s nothing they can do since we contacted them after we checked out. Beautiful house and trip that was runnier by bed bugs and just general cleanliness issues and lack of response/assistance from owner

This home was very roomy and easily accommodated our group. Our original number was eleven but only eight were able to attend which allowed almost everyone to have her own bed and bath! There was a big ant problem in the kitchen but also seen in an upstairs bathroom. We had to throw away many of our groceries due to the ant situation. Upon our arrival, we were not able to turn on the fireplace and were not able to change television stations. We made several calls to the management company and were not able to get any answers. We finally got a response to a text about the fireplace but found that the instructions given didn’t match the fireplace we had. There were no keys, controllers, switches, or buttons that were referred in the instructions given to us. We were told that someone would get back to us, but no one did. After getting no help about the television not working in the living room, we discovered the batteries were dead in the remotes. I sent texts and pictures about the ant infestation but got no response. I felt the responses I received over the phone were rehearsed and scripted and not helpful. Responses to my texts were better but still not helpful.

We had such a fun weekend staying in the curb free chalet. This home is located at the top of the mountain so you have nice views. Complaints would be the seating area on the main floor as it looks a lot larger in pictures than it actually is. Has seating for roughly 7-8 people but the house sleeps 14. Additionally, because of the lack of carpet and doors being thin you can hear EVERYTHING when you are trying to sleep (especially the bedrooms on the upper level as the noise travels up). We really enjoyed the hot tub although I’m not sure the last time the water had be drained and replaced. House was very clean but would recommend leaving more paper towels, dish towels, dish washer detergent, etc. These houses sleep so many people you will go through all of those supplies within a day and let’s be honest, it’s not costing Vacasa a lot to fully equip the homes for the weekend. All in all we would absolute recommend this rental!
