Our first bedroom apartment was shocking. No bedding no towels. We sent a message and with that we was upgraded to a different room much nicer. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Thank you it helped to make our stay better. We ended up extended our stay to 2 nights from one. Would stay there again but will ask fir a room on lower floor as i have waling difficulty.

The kitchen floor wasn’t clean, the towels had stains on them and there weren’t enough of them for the number of guests. Kitchen not well stocked eg one teaspoon, 2 wine glasses not enough plates and bowls if more than 4 guests! We’d booked for 5 but there was no bedding for the sofa bed and when it was dropped off didn’t include a sheet. So as the sofas were velvet and would have been I Possibly hot to sleep on without a sheet my son drove 3 hours home that evening.

terrible location, heating not working, washing machine wasn’t plumbed in, tv not working, lift was not working, junkies begging for money outside . key in pick up are was missing .

Nice decor, clean and good space.

The shower didn't work and the host knew this but didn't communicate this before our arrival. The taps had been removed and the shower was just dripping hot water constantly. I couldn't even turn this water off. Despite the hosts knowing the shower didn't work, they did not inform us. The other "shower" is a hose in a bath with no shower screen. Completely impractical and very poor customer service knowing you have a broken shower and not informing the guest. The key lock box wasn't where it was supposed to be and the lift in the block didn't work. It's a shame as the apartment is lovely. Despite a complaint being made the hosts are refusing to acknowledge any issue with the apartment and won't issue a refund despite an inadequate provision of amenities. Had the property let us know we wouldn't have stayed here. Very poor service.

The apartment was really cold it took 5 hours to get it to normal temperature. Please put heating on before arrival
