Very clean and well equipped. Good location close to facilities and beach.
Communication from Booking.com very poor on the check in process. Had to phone the owner, who explained straight away.

Lovely ground floor apartment with terrace. Clean, bright, cosy. Funfair, beach and amusements on doorstep. Great transport links.

Hoseasons were no help at all. Staff are the property were great when we got hold of them.
Could have done with some coat hooks by the door.
The mats by the door and patio doors were very slippery when stood on they we went flying! Could do with some non slip mats.

Settees were tired along with 2 of the cushions. No coat hooks in the hall so nowhere to hang your coats. No pizza cutter.

Nice quiet location but close to all the amenities. Very close to the train station and easy to find. This is the second time we have stayed in these apartments and we will definitely be coming back.

Clean and spacious. Great location just a few minutes walk from the train station. Kitchen had everything we needed including a washing machine. Beds were comfy and shower was hot. The kids enjoyed watching the rabbits in the grass from their bedroom window. We could hear the sea. Wifi and TV provided all worked well. Lovely walks from our door.
Some soap in the bathroom on arrival would have been helpful. Otherwise it was really perfect for our needs.

Good spacious apartments well equipped and good value. Nice to have two bathrooms. Location is very convenient for the beach and coastal path. Dawlish beach is great for families. Make sure you bring your own towels!
Wifi signal a bit weak. Also, booking.com still insists it has a swimming pool (it doesn't!). We never thought it did so it wasn't an issue but some people might be disappointed.

Lovely clean spacious apartment, included everything we could possibly need. Excellent beautiful location, plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, seafront and it’s very own train station. Would definitely recommend.
Slight confusion with which apartments were which, the numbers provided did not mean anything when we arrived and I had to phone to find out which one was ours. We weren’t the only ones either but we did all have a laugh about it......bit of an ice breaker really!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay, had to buy our on towels but that was no problem. This place is beautiful, comfortable and spacious. Loved every minute of being in this apartment.
