Great location in the heart of everything. Great friendly host and the apartment had everything I needed and was very comfortable
Not the fault of the host but there should be better pool area furniture on the top floor. Most loungers are broken. I did have a noisy neighbor who had their TV on loud everyday, the walls are thin

Everything was fine and the communication with the host was perfect. I will definitely come back within the next months.

Well equipped cozy studio apparent in Pratamnak. The building has 2 swimming pools 1 is on the roof and one downstairs. Close to everything. Dmitri is a nice and friendly host. Gave us 2 free tickets to Sauna Bar. Overall our experience was great defo coming back!

Accommodation was clean and very comfortable, great location, and host Dmitry is very nice and helpful, anything I needed he was just a text message away. 10 out of 10, would recommend to all my friends and family. I'll definitely be booking again for my next trip to Pattaya.

Dmitry is a very nice host, my condo in the Water Park was one of my best accommodations of my Thailand vacation!
The apartment has a lot of space inside, very comfortable beds and is also fully equipped, highly recommended! 😎

The apartment is better decorated and a lot of thought is put into it for western style living. It had all the amenities to cook your own food and everything you need is on site. It has a wonderful gym, which is a must for all of my stays. The host is honest and extremely reliable to make your stay even easier.
Would like to see some type of instruction booklet to tell you how to work certain things, such as the stove where some things are located even though the host we'll help you with these things.

Good condominium in Pratumnak beach. Close to hill with best viewpoint in Pattaya and beautiful temple.
Also not far from walking street and central, great night experience.
