Jolie Villa de 195m2, composée de 2 batiments : maison principale + maison d'invités.
Tout de plain pied, et très bien équipées : 5 climatisations + ventilateurs au plafond dans les chambres, internet wifi, écran plat de 46", SAT ASTRA + TNT.

I stayed at Villa Lunita with 4 generations of my family. We all had a wonderful time and we were very sad to be leaving.
Everything you could possibly need or want was provided, even down to condiments. We actually couldn’t believe how well equipped the villa was.
Isabelle and Francis made themselves available should they be needed and were lovely!
The pool was amazing and fabulous size.
We would most definitely return..thank you Villa Lunita for a wonderful holiday x

We had the best holiday at Villa Lunita! The villa is in the perfect location for exploring Calp. The villa it’s self was spotless & the hosts Isabelle & Francis were super helpful with any questions we had and we had great communication with them. Lots of room inside the villa, lovely kitchen lots of seating and a nice view of Ifach. The heated pool was a nice addition to our trip and we enjoyed swimming throughout our holiday. There are plenty of sun loungers and places to sit and eat. The property is completely secure so perfect if your bringing a dog. There was also a badminton net & pingpong table we enjoyed using. The villa is just a few minutes walk from the local Lidl, but even closer is a small independent shop.
We couldn’t fault this villa at all. It was perfect for us and we hope to return again!

Isabelle and her husband were very nice hosts, the property is gorgeous and well looked-after, the outdoor bathroom and kitchen with access to the patio made it easy to keep the apartment clean and dry, kitchen had all the appliances you need including a juicer and a standup mixer. You can‘t rent pool towels, though there were some extra towels meant for upholstery protection. You can also get pool towels in town for cheap. There‘s also an abundance of pool floaties and even umbrellas and sun loungers you can take to the beach. We would definitely book here again!

We had a wonderfull holiday in this beautifull house. Everything you need is present. We felt directly at home in this cosy decorated house. The location makes walks to shops and beach peanuts. The owners are kind and helpful people who are always available for information about the region or other aid. One day the wifi was out, next day they made sure it was repaired and it worked great. Beds very good, airco super. The outside bathroom next to the pool is like paradise and an unique experience. We've eaten always outside under the pergola what gave us a real holiday feeling . We want to thank Isabelle and Francis and hope to revisit one of their houses. Thank you so much . We recommend this villa to every one

We arrived very late due to the transfer bus taking forever. Despite the hour Isabelle was there to meet us. Couldn't help but be impressed by the villa. Beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and very spacious. There were 4 adults and 3 children so there was plenty of room. The pool was a fantastic bonus. We had a really lovely holiday staying in this villa. My only negative comment is that as we weren't due to fly out of Alicante until 9:30pm, which meant we had to lug our suitcases around Calpe from about 10:00am. It's a pity that there wasn't anywhere to leave them until the afternoon. But this didn't in any way detract from our fab holiday. We were really pleased to meet Isabelle, who couldn't have been more helpful. We look forward to a return visit in the future. We would highly recommend this villa to family and friends.

We spent a great week in this house. It is fully equipped, the heated pool is great. Besides, the owners are helpful and they have the house clean and tidy.
Having a car is not necesary a must because there are no supermarkets, restaurants or shops in the area since it is located in a very calm area.
Thanks Isabelle and Francis for another fantastic holiday, we have been coming with our children with my sister and her family for the last 2 years The new kitchen and dining room is wonderful and the badmington court was brilliant but my boys took it far to seriously, we played everyday!!
We spent a great week in this house. It is fully equipped, the heated pool is great. Besides, the owners are helpful and they have the house clean and tidy. Wwith two younger boys and teenage Girls there is enough for everyone to enjoy in Calpe and surrounding area, and one of the first quality of the villa is its exceptional location the situation. It is close to all amenities , Walking distance 10 min Beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, Shops etc
We strongly recommend the house and we will come back for sure in the future.

A beautiful villa for 2 families or 8 friends.
The view was great. This home is just fantastic, very well equipped, spotlessly clean home with everything you need.
Isabelle & her husband are perfect owners, very easy to work with.
At our arrival, they provide us lots of advices and infos about the visits, restaurants, beaches etc. The heated pool was very cleaned and perfect for us.
We really appreciated to swim every day in a water of 27º end march.
We chose this villa as it is close to all facilities, and a nice beach, supermarkets and all bars and restaurants are just a few minutes walk away.
Very useful also, the Little supermarket Ortenback just 40 meters, so easy for us.
The owner provide several toys and games for our kids (kick scooters, badmington set, buoy and beaches material.
we enjoyed the bowls (petanque) court at 5 min walking, just closed the lidl supermarket and the skate board area.
Isabelle was very helpful at all stages of the booking process and the welcome file was just what was needed on our arrival. T
hank you so much for providing a wonderful place to spend our holiday.
We would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Our family (4 adults and 4 children) have spent wonderful 2 weeks in Villa Lunita.
Everything, from the first contact to the day we left the villa, it was all good.
The owners, Isabelle and Francis, are the nicest people you can imagine. Always helpful and service-minded.
The villa itself is very spacious, with 2 separate building (main house and guest house), lovely fenced garden
and very nice pool-area, with summer bathroom. Perfect for 2 families with children.
In the kitchen with direct access to the pergola and barbecue is very well equipped, you will find everything you need, and then some.
We ll try to come back this autumn has the pool has a heating pump, so our kids will enjoy the pool everyday during your next stay in november.
I truly recommend Isabelle if you are looking for a holiday home in Calpe!

The villa is beautiful and very well equipped with Air conditioning.
The owner isabel is such a lovely lady.
The heated pool is amazing :) , Every evening we sat under the pergola in the barbecue area which is the best place for your dinner ! The newly decorated rooms are beautiful!
Isabelle was really helpful prior to the holiday answering all my questions with patience and was at the end of a phone for anything we required during our stay. The facilities were great, the villa was very clean and the pool was fantastic and well maintained..
I can highly recommended the villa and the area as a great place for a family holiday as the villa is walking distance to the beach and all amenities. I would definitely go back again. I can't recommend this enough .

Really nice villa but the owner Isabelle extremely rude. She will charge you the Cleaning Fee which you will find on your contract but will then ask you to clean EVERYTHING after your stay on your own!!! We didn't have a chance to clean according to her standards so she put a FEE for disobeying her house rules, she cut it from the deposit together with other ridiculous things as: a tiny mark of mascara on a pillow case-she did not hesitate to charge for the whole new pillow case! I mentioned that we didn't have a chance to clean after our stay as she came into the house 1 hour before we were leaving with lots of cleaners rushing trough as she had new guess coming in 2 hours after us. She initially said that all is OK but then 2 days after sent us pictures of things that we used the morning we were leaving - showing us dirty marks on cups. We did not even had a chance to clean it as she INVADED the space with the people she brought with her. No hesitation in calling us DIRTY PEOPLE/ DISGUSTING on the e-mail she sent later. Honestly, if you want to keep good memories from your stay in BEAUTIFUL Calp - DO NOT RENT from Isabelle Bara! She will spoil all the good things for you! SEE part of AN E-MAIL FROM ISABELLE 2 DAYS AFTER THE HOLS: Please find hereunder several pictures of items durty and damages, some problems we found in the villa during the cleaning and preparation of the villa for the next customers.The day of your arrival, when I welcome your family, I gave several info and explain some rules written in the welcome file for the departure.And I asked you to read this welcome file to be sure that everything will be correct during and after your stay.The day before your departure, I sent you an email reminding some point that has to be cleaned for your departure 3 Bathroom and Kitchen, trashbins must be empty & cleaned for your departure. So I was really suprised and disapointed to see the state you leave the kitchen and the 3 bathrooms of the villa.We had to clean all the tea cup with bleach, several plates dishes and glasses you used and several things were really dirty. Inside the kitchen cupbaord all the shelves, the cutlery and pans drawers were dirty with sugar, pieces of bread, grease stains, etc.The bin of one bathroom with not empty. 2 bucket of bin in the kitchen were really dirty (liquid that smell inside the bucket). The kitchen extractor was sticky fat. The new gas cooker in the kitchen was all stained fat, and even after clean etc
