Cheap

The room is barely clean, totally not sound proofed, i was awakened in the middle of the night by other guests partying super loudly, it lasted for hours, despite repeated protests. When I complained to the host the next day, I was told that they could not do anything, that what did I expect given the price and that and maybe I should go elsewhere. Which I did, gladly, despite the non refundable remaining nights. Cheap should not mean zero respect both from other guests and from the personnel; I have been to much better places, not more expensive. There is more : the owner filed me as a "no-show", so that I could not share my experience on Booking.com, which is clearly dishonest. It took 4 months to get the case reopened and be able to log the review.

Private room

Host only speaks Spanish and is not on site. Difficult to understand the Check-in procedure by phone if you don't speak English. The room was hot with poor ventilation options.

Good, basic and clean room and bathroom.

Only problem was the automatic checkin as only emailed just before our arrival which we didn’t pick up. Better process would be to email checkin process when book hotel with entry codes emailed on arrival day.

I called for an extension of one day because my flight was behind. Asnkwer was ok, but when we got there the receptionist said not.

The "pension" ist totally unmanned and effectively not a pension but a set of flats. The room and bathroom were very clean and as soon as occupied very comfortable. In order to enter the flat you get a spanish-only advice how to enter the room with an app.

The tricky bit is that your mobile phone needs power in order to enter. The situation was eased by the fact that the main door of the building was open anyway. The entry of the "pension" can also be accessed by way of a five-digit code. When I asked for an English advice I was told to use the booking.com translator ...

The location was great

The owner refused to reply me when I ask for the password for the Wi-Fi and the bed would have been a double bed instead of 2 single beds

Nice and clean room, warm and comfortable, fridge next to the bed was a great idea 😉 overall nice stay

A little bit to far from city centre, hard to communicate in English

Too noisy, thin carton walls Self check in by phone. No phone and internet means no entrance!

Updated bathroom

Location 2 kilometers south of the Camino. Difficult to access key/ entry into pension. Information in Spanish only. No one available at the pension. When we spoke to the owner on the phone she spoke Only Spanish. Room was in disrepair with water damage & flooring revel near the window. When exiting the main door to the pension- the door knob fell off. Would not recommend to pilgrims on the Camino!

No reception desk. Internet needed to open the front door. We link for that was not easy to use.
