Leaving the property, we weren't sure who was dropping our bags off at the airport

Maintenance of the apartment was poor and needs refurbishment. Many of the fittings were broken. Only one set of towels for a four night stay is poor.

Great location, ground floor apartment, lots of room

The transport from and to the airport was well organize and flexible in terms of the return time.

We paid more than $700 a night and could not ask for more than one bath towel per person or even for toilet paper. The cleaning of the apartment could be a lot better.

It was perfect for groups and for families and for just a couple. accommodates for everyone.

Excellent customer service from pick up at the airport to drop off back at airport. Even going the extra mile to drop off my daughters AirPods that had been left behind. Highly recommend

A great place for a family holiday on Hamilton Island. We liked the large space of the apartment and that it had 2 bathrooms. The view was great and everything was in easy access thanks to the golf buggy.

very dirty between the couch cushions and under all beds/furniture/ dusty light over dining table. looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since it was put there. Apartment needs a little love and some fix ups.

Location, use of buggy, roomy apartment, great excursion options

Great position this apartment is in, that was the only thing going for it. And we were picked up from the airport and transferred to our accommodation which was great. The concierge helped us bring bags up and ensured we got to our accommodation.

We don’t normally write reviews, but feel strongly about our experience that I decided I would write one… We won’t stay here again. The owners of this property need to give it a good solid scrub clean right through and update soft furnishings, etc. The built up grime was everywhere, and we had to clean it again ourselves to feel comfortable. We actually don’t even think it had been cleaned, except the sheets and towels changed. Even the cupboards had old blankets etc just tossed in, not even presented in a way that you might like to use one. The cleaning manager did organise another clean for us, but this was only a turnover clean, not a deep clean. The owners need to address this apartment and bring it up to standard for the amount charged per night. Very disappointed with our choice of accommodation. The golf buggy provided with the apartment had a broken seatbelt in the back, and the same seat leaked brown liquid when you sat on it, it oozed out all down the back of my white pants, lucky it washed out. But it was very off putting. The whole place and the golf buggy just felt grimy. It did feel a bit better after we mopped the floors and wiped down the showers etc ourselves, something you shouldn’t have to do when you’re on holiday. Also helped cheer us up when the cleaners came back to do another clean, but they didn’t obviously have time to do a full deep clean, nor was this their responsibility.

starting to feel a bit tired, the cleaners didn’t do a great job but they were probably rushing to get us in. I’d still rebook in a minute.
