We like the location. closed to everything. The size of room was good and the bed very comfortable. Also, the breakfast was good.

There were no night stands lamps for reading. The lights in the bathroom very poor, impossible to shave . The wall by the bed ( room 102) was dirty with traces of wine spilled, the carpet had dirty spots and the shower tub had some molded spots. Also the toilet paper holder was broken.

Nice hotel, with a very good breakfast buffet..

The cleanliness of the rooms needs improvement. the carpet was quite dirty.

The staff were really nice, friendly and fluent in english. Our room cleaned while we were gone and we got new towels.

The shower cabin and floor was covered with mould. While you use the shower the rest of the bathroom was gathering water which was unpleasant since there was no drainage. The parking lot was very small and the access to the street was very uncomfortable.

The rooms are very spacious

- Needs urgent renovation - despite of the good design, the interior it is already a bit old (bathroom tiles missing, mold on walls, carpet and walls worn out, water leaking and causing floods!!!) - No elevator!!! (good for physical workout, but constant going up and down is very annoying)

- the noise - bad conditions - the chaos in the hotel, I couldn't sleep all night

The rooms were dirty, with the walls/carpet stained, the bedsheets weren't proper fit and the breakfast was super dull

Spacious room indeed, and balcony, the bed was comfortable and the staff was nice, interesting overall design and the urban view of Bucharest and a quiet street. Thanks God, at least the bed was good and clean.

It was not clean, the toilet seat was not properly cleaned and almost broken, the carpet was very dirty, with traces of steps, spots and even gum glued. The ceiling had infiltrations and paint cracked, not enough towels, just a set, not being able to hang the towels near the shower so when you get out the water gets everywhere(it has glass walls not ermetically seald so the carpet from the room where it meats the glass, has mold).

It was really nice and clean & great location. The staff was very helpful with everything we needed.

- Parking is limited. We reserved the space. But when arrive there were no parking available. Took us an hour to park. - No elevator. - Not clean. Cracked sink. Mold around bath. Dirt on vent. Noisy AC. - Staff was not very helpful.

The mattress it was too soft for us, also the room had a smell of cigarettes
