It was nice and cosy. LOVE the king bed!!
My religious sister inlaw wasn’t a fan of the artwork in the master bedroom. Me personally I felt that the model was judging me all night.

Combined being an old fashioned beach shack with quirky extras like a wooden rocking horse for kids with good beds, modern smart TV and spotless.
It is a very small space and would have been very cramped for 6 people. Fine for 2 friends. Bit dark inside.

The location was great for our holiday.
The beds were extra comfy!
The shower was good and so was the heating in the main bedroom.
The 2nd bedroom needs better heating.
The parking was a little tight, too many trailers and cars.

on the booking site, more like a downstairs downfall, wouldnt call it a delight
It felt like we were in a cage on arrival, not a fan of pawn looking self portraits on the wall or dirty undies/bras being left out. the property wasn’t ready at 3pm when my friend checked in. the walls are thin so you can hear the owner, her dog and her guests upstairs. We left promptly the next day, upon which we noticed all the fish in the pond were dead, which was possibly one thing freaking out our dogs, not to mention my dogs got bailed up by the dogs across the street. The owner is now messaging me with “why didn’t I say something about her fish sooner”… they were already dead and we only noticed as we were leaving. The heating was also bad, never again, the only thing missing was a car up on blocks

The best thing about the property was it was pet friendly. Kris had kept a lot of things in the house ready to use which was very handy. The proximity to the lake was a big plus. It was only a 8-10 minute drive for some shops and woolies. The property had reclining massage chairs which was so nice. All of this for a very decent price. Kayaks and safety vests were available which was great. There was ample parking space.
The area in general was nice and relaxing
It had a lot of spiders and other insects inside the property. The picture in one of the bedroom of a woman in lingerie was a bit too revealing and not ideal for children to view.
The property did not have direct sunlight (not a big issue though)
The presence of a CCTV camera overlooking us when sitting outside made us a bit uncomfortable.

I loved the location and the 2 dogs there Xena and Zara. The place was close to what we were there for and had plenty of resources for our stay. The kayaks and canoe was the highlight as we could use them whenever and we did on the lake that was minutes away.

Outside was very messy with junk around. Inside was very dated and cluttered with a girly poster on the wall . Paid $187 for 1 night would not have paid $87 if I would have seen it first . Needs total renovation and clean up .

This place is truly beautiful and convenient and I'll be back hopefully soon, this time for leisure. Very clean, very friendly host. The little flat is very comfortable to stay at.

Suitable budget accommodation with two bedrooms, bathroom with good shower, kitchen and small lounge area. The courtyard is quirky with a water feature and has seating/large round dining table which makes it suitable to have meals outside. The hosts were very friendly and we found the beds comfortable to sleep in. I also appreciated the extra large bathtowels!
We didn't use the canoe however the property is very close to the lake and this may be popular with young families. As we were one couple plus one adult the property was value for money and cheaper than other cabins/ hotel rooms in the area. Good for a short stay.
There were problems with the TV reception (this did not worry me too much however might be a problem for a family staying there for an extended time).
The fridge and freezer could do with a good clean.

Hi, thankyou to Kris for a lovely stay. Location and communication was excellent, beds very comfy, and very clean. Fabulous that you are dog friendly and very good value for money.
I can see that there is the ability to have 6 people sleep, but the sofabed in the lounge was very small. Probably ok for kids, but would be a stretch for 2 adults.
