Haus war in Summe echt super! Schön eingerichtet. Gastgeber war super lieb. Hatten Probleme mit dem Code beim einchecken, Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und Problem konnte relativ schnell gelöst werden. Zimmer sind sehr schön, ein Zimmer hat allerdings nur Glastüren. Hat uns aber nicht gestört. Whirlpool und Sauna waren auch super und leicht zu bedienen. Lage ist super. Man ist mit dem Auto 15min von Rovaniemi entfernt und hat auch einen Supermarkt in der Nähe. Lage ist sehr ruhig. Leistungspreisverhältnis sehr gut.
Es könnten mehr Handtücher und Geschirrtücher sein.
Der Kamin kann leider nicht verwendet werden.

It is a nice apartment, but it is not well organized. There are transparent glass doors in the parents' bedroom that cannot be covered.
Hot tub was outside, but getting there through the exit was difficult because everything was covered in snow.The entrance to the hot tub should at least be under the roof.
The children's rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen equipment was adequate.
The apartment did not have a closet for drying clothes and shoes, which can be a problem during winter

The view and facilities with a home feeling.
Fire place was out of order, basic amenities was not provided. I had to go to the shop to buy toilet paper, dishwashing liquid and washing powder.

the house was perfect for our birthday weekend getaway. the house is situated in a family town not far from the centre of Rovaniemi (highly recommend renting a car, so much better), it only took us 10 mins in the car. The house is beautifully decorated. The hot tub and Sauna was a great bonus. Great price for the central location. 6 of us stayed and we were very comfortable there. about a 15 minute drive from Santas village. on a clear night it’s just far enough out from the centre that you would be able to see lights if you were lucky.
just need some more & bigger towels and few more glasses/mug
need a few more basics like instant coffee, sugar, ketchup etc.
