The location was perfect for us and the apartment was full of character and very comfortable

The only problem we had was that the shower cubicle wasn’t working but there was an alternative shower in the bath, however, it wasn’t as convenient as using an actual built in shower unit

The location was perfect for what we needed. The living area seemed lovely although we didn't really use it and the bed was comfy, even though we had to pull it out from the wall so we could both get in!

Sadly this gets a low score for two fairly major reasons. Firstly, the shower didn't work. Myself and my husband checked the controls in all settings and combination of settings (twice!) and even scoured the flat for a hidden cutoff switch to no avail, no water would come out at all. Discovering this half an hour before checkout after being up late dancing the night before was a massive pain. Luckily there was a separate bath so I was able to have a quick wash but so incredibly awkward. Very unhappy. Secondly, we got a parking fine from the car park as the host messed up even though we gave our reg number in advance. It did get cancelled but it was a massive faff involving loads of messages and emails to chase it up.

What an amazing place to stay!!! We absolutely loved the apartment, it has lots of character and is so cosy. Kids loved the mezzanine and had their own space there. They said it was the best place we had stayed in:) The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom is modern and the bedroom very comfortable. The host was extremely helpful and answered all our queries extremely fast, they agreed for us to check out late and leave our car in the car park after the check out. The apartment is in the centre of St Neots and so very convenient. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for being an amazing host.
