Nothing. They were rude. All they cared for was your money.

I didn't like anything about them. They are unreliable.

This is an apartment which, when it was done up a few years ago, must have been amazing. It's right on the water, it's spacious and comfortable. it's a close walk to a lovely quiet beach. it's in Jolly Harbour with shops, restaurants etc. The manager was responsive when we had issues. It's reasonably priced for JH which is probably reflective of the issues we had (see below).

It's a bit tired, broken sun lounger, cushions covered with nylon coverings, not fantastically clean. We were also unlucky that the house next door was being done up so we had builders all day every weekday. We had some issues with cockroaches and our fridge broke meaning that we lost some of our food. It was fixed within 24 hours by Franciso (manager - very helpful). We also didn't get the welcome pack that other reviews mentioned- just a bottle of water. So make sure you go to the supermarket on the way as it's a 30 min walk if you don't have a car. Fortunately we did have a car but after a long flight we could have done without going shopping as soon as we arrived (we'd have stopped on our way if we'd known). Also note that the owner doesn't take credit cards, and we didn't want to carry that much cash around so we ended up paying more than the Booking.com rate (as the owner said we had to pay her PayPal fees as well as the rental price, which we wouldn't have had to pay if we could have paid through Booking.com like every other booking we've ever made).

- amazing facilities, found games for the children and things that could be used for the beach. - spacious -Children love the loft bed - jolly Harbour, Marina has everything you need ATM supermarket, great beaches

- you need a car or a golf cart to get around without those you will be stuck there needs to be made clearer.

I can't say enough about Irina's villa in Jolly Harbour. She included so many little touches that made our experience much better than what I was expecting, from bottled water to a gift basket full of goodies to swan-shaped towels on the beds. The beds are so comfortable, the deck areas are amazing, even the shower experience was great. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we loved to be able to grill outside too. She was wonderful with communication from start to finish, and her property manager was so nice, helpful, and informative. While I've only been to Antigua a few times, I think this is the best area to stay in. So many beautiful beaches and restaurants are close by, with some in walking distance (we had a car). I would rent this villa again in a heartbeat.

There was never a moment when I thought, "I wish Irina would have . . ." She thought of everything when equipping this villa, and it made for a perfect vacation.
