Location, size of room. I like the garden.

Room was dark. It says it comes with breakfast, but they only give you Coffee, fruit and toast. That is deceiving.

Fast internet. Comfortable beds. The staff was always helpful. Breakfast was simple but with lots of fruit.

Hard to relax in this nice hotel. The hotel is surrounded by three schools with very noisy children. Some rooms have connecting doors. You can clearly hear all conversations and the TV in the next room. Nobody has a key for the safe.

Location was excellent and staff were very helpful. The room was a good size and bed was very comfortable. The views of Malinche is amazing!

Went with 3 friends who were in different rooms and they got coffee in their room and we did not. So we had to pay for coffee which was annoying. We all paid the some price for our rooms and they also got a better view. This they need to differentiate their room pricing more.

The hotel is very centrally located and has a secured parking garage with direct access to the hotel (including an elevator). Rooms are comfortable and offer space for luggage. The staff is friendly and attentive. Food and drinks in the restaurant are good, prices accessible. WiFi worked without any issues. The hotel has an indoor pool.

The rooms got pretty cold during our stay in October. There is not heating system, only additional blankets. As it was raining we had a lot wet clothes, which did not dry at all in this temperatures. There is no noise cancelling. You basically hear every move and sound from the corridors and garage.
