The hotel was clearly smoking at one time. You can smell it in the walls. I have asthma so my night was very fitful. The first room I was given was next to someone who was smoking in the room and listening to the TV very loud. The wonderful front desk clerk seemed to be aware of this person and moved me further down. The smoke saturated rooms can cause issues for people with breathing concerns. Consider having the walls painted with oil based paint and replacing curtains/carpet.

Beds and pillows are perfect and good middle of the road on squish. Water pressure was slightly lacking but got extra hot if you wanted. The only complaint we had was that they gave us only 2 towels for 2 people. An extra towel would have been nice!

Far from ideal. When we arrived we were given a second floor room and told, “There’s no elevator.” As we walked up the stairs to our room, the stairway and the hallway were overwhelmed by the smell of weed. The room looked newly remodeled but with strange proportions. The tv was small, the refrigerator was huge, there was an overstuffed chair with no give (so that when you sat in it, you felt like a small child). When we tried the bed, the mattress also had no give and felt extremely uncomfortable. To add to the strange proportions, the bathroom toilet was so low to the ground you felt like you were squatting. But what the toilet lacked in size, it made up for in sound. Imagine water screaming. That’s the sound the toilet made every time the tank refilled, which made you wake up throughout the night each time one of us or the neighboring rooms flushed.
It worked for a place to stay for the night, but the pictures and price hid the true condition of the property.

Quality Inn has a bad habit of accusing guests of theft and fraudulently charging them for “missing” items. I experienced this after my recent stay and was shocked to discover that I am not the only one! This has happened to other people at other Quality Inn locations. Please do not let yourself be targeted by this dishonest hotel chain

This was a perfect place for us. The quiet setting within in walking distance of the shopping area of Wilsonville worked out well. We loved the pool and the friendly staff.

The hotel is older and they have attempted to maintain it however it’s quite apparent that there has been a lot of “patchwork” repair work to issues (mismatched paint,etc). The door to my room I had to physically make sure it closed because it would get caught and not latch.

We checked in at 4:30 pm Friday evening and the front office was sparse and smell dirty. later that evening we went out and returned around 1:30 am and the parking lot was full saw several parking stalls taken up by two large vehicles and several people camping out in the parking stalls. Talked to the person in the front desk and said it was not his problem and would kick me out if I gave him and attitude I asked where was I suppose to park he said not his problem told him I was going to park in front of the office said he would tow my car told him about the parking lot mess and after several minutes pleading with him and finally get said I could park in his slot and he would move his car in front of the office. Will not stay there again!!!!

Good confortable beds just outer property and restroom area need update. There is no elevator so it can be hard for someone who can not go up the stair. Staircase had carpet and it was dirty. Over all its a good hotel to stay one night.

It was a short stay. It was fine . The staff was professional. The pool was clean.

Rooms were clean and staff were present and available. House cleaning a plus. Pool and steps were far away and being disabled and up stairs furthest from the pool was a bit of a challenge. Also only two chairs in the pool which made it hard to watch kids when you're disabled and the two chairs were being used.

This is a clean, comfortable budget stay. The bed was comfy, it was quiet on a weekend. I really appreciated that the a/c and refrigerator were quiet. I would stay here again.

We've stayed here a few times and it is always nice. It's close to everything in the area. The staff are always friendly and responsive. It's clean and served the purposes we need. Could use some more chairs in the pool area and a clock. But those are minor concerns.

Check in was fine. Room has no air conditioning with the weather outside 90 . Took forever to get hot water. Ice machine was out. Traffic noise is excessive. Sheets did not fit the bed. Other than that it was OK.

Biggest problem was that the door even when locked you could pull/push it and it had a gap. Which caused safety problems and allowed bugs to go in. We did not have a problem with bugs. But it could have been possible.
We parked outside our door which i think was blue and the door number painted over in the same color. You had to literally check each door in order to find yours.
The gentleman was nice to deal with. However we had an exterior room verses indoor. It was apparently an ADA room. There was only a walk in shower. It had a thin line of caulking to keep the water in the shower. It made the bathroom a mess with water all over.
Due to safety issues we probably wont stay again.

First night we stayed in the room was OK. Second night we stayed in the room the person next to us was noisy, (Super loud TV, etc.) and we could smell smoke coming from their side. Both nights that we spent in the hotel were hard because they were not handicap friendly. At the end of our stay, I checked out. A few hours later I had a phone call telling me that there was damage to my room when there was none whatsoever, and they were gonna charge me for it…

Absolutely the best place to stop for familys. Full hot breakfast, indoor pool & hot tub, and the staff was so friendly. Will only stay here from now on when i travel through oregon in the future and recommend to anyone going to visit.
