If I could leave zero stars, I would. This was the absolute worst hotel experience my husband and I have ever had. There were scratches and dents and damage from what looks like probably dogs all over the room. Holes in the wall. There was dog hair on the sheets. The room had not been cleaned properly. There was only one bath towel for us all to use. The rim smell terrible even though it was supposed to be a smoke-free room and a pet room. The window was open. We had entered the room so they were trying to air it out. We had booked two nights to say but after being in the room for about an hour, we decided we would go ahead and stay that first night because we were too tired to pack up ourselves and our kids to go and find another hotel late at night. When we went to go talk to the front desk And tell them that we would stay the first night and pay for the first night, but would like a refund for the second night that we were not planning on staying, the man later told us that the manager refused to give us a refund for the second night. Even though we were going to check out the next morning. My husband was livid and we just decided to go ahead and check out that first night and leave to another hotel. Honestly, everything was disgusting and I would never recommend anyone staying in this place.

Comfortable stay for a couple of nights.

Not too bad, but the carpets were quite dirty. They could definitely use a shampoo cleaning.

Friendly staff but room was not in good condition. The floor laminate was coming up so it made a snapping sound when you walked on it. The room smelled faintly of urine and smoke. TV remote was broken so someone used clear tape to hold the batteries in. Curtain did not close all the way so road light shined into our road-facing room all night. A disappointing option but not many other choices in the area. We won't stay here again.

This is a general motel/hotel type property. Room was clean and property dated as expected. No complaints, but nothing special either.

Actually I liked everything because most restaurants amd shopping places were so close that you can just walk and in minutes you get there.

Easy friendly check in. The bed was very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were excellent. I was worried a bit about road noise because it sits next to I-5 but the room was very soundproof.

There was a bit of a shortage of towels supplied in the room and at the pool/hot tub. The breakfast was great. The number of options was great. The service was great/efficient and always checking what was needed. Also very friendly.

Was average, nothing stood out that caught my attention.

Staff was wonderful, however, room smelled musty and old. Shower leaked and room was not as clean as we would have liked.

The breakfast buffet was pretty good and the pool was clean. The room however, was not very throughly cleaned and the linens were stained, the pull out bed had no sheets or blankets. For the amount I paid I was expecting better.

The room was not clean before our stay. Bathroom counters dirty and garbage on the night stand.

I liked the flowers and you could tell the staff are hard workers, there was always people working around on cleaning rooms or available to help in any ways requested. However, the "quality" is not updated. The smell in the room, held on to by wall paper and smokers from past experiences, are undesirable. QUALITY was lacking but it was an adequate experience. The bathroom size for a 2 queen bedroom needs to be larger .

Even though we had a booked a room with a queen bed and a sofa bed (2 adults, 2 kids), we were given a room with only one queen bed. The front desk person said that they didn’t have the room we had booked. Then after some haggling we were given the room. Then we were given only one blanket and one pillow even though we had two kids. We were told that they were completely booked and so that is all they had

Hole in the bathtub, two towels for four people, surges in the lights, the clock plug was hot, could be a fire hazard.

Friendly staff, questionable cleanliness—kept our children out of the bathtub. Lipstick marks on the ice bucket. No towels at the pool, none available on request. No printed info in the room like WiFi password or how to call front desk. Breakfast was decent and all the staff seemed to be hard at work—I’m sure they are just stretched thin.

The location was convenient. We did enjoy the pool. The room was old and worn down. Dirty and old. The refrigerator had food in it upon our arrival that we had to throw out. Outlets were loose or missing plate covers. Coffee in room was terrible. Breakfast seemed ok. Only tried coffee and yogurt.

Good location, clean rooms, friendly staff.

The breakfast was surprisingly nice. The toilet paper dispenser came out of the wall and the rooms are old and tired. I give housekeeping stars.

Just needed a room, property needs help, feels like homeless community.

The bed smelt like piss. Everything felt dirty.

The room smells of cigarettes and it made it challenging for us to sleep. It has a 1970’s old vibe, not the good kind, and gives old run down motel feel. Too expensive for the condition it is in.

The hotel is dated. It is in need of some updating. It was inexpensive, which was why we stayed there.
