Noisy fridge in room ! Terrible !

Clean and friendly staff

staff was friendly. room was what was described and it was clean.

The Bed was by far the most uncomfortable bed that I’ve stand in, especially for a 3 star hotel. the pillows were pretty flat as well. It felt like we were sleeping on the box spring with a little pad on top. What little sleep I did get my back and ribs we pretty sore when I got up. when you pay $289.00 for one night I would expect a plush bed with pillows. ☹️

Room was spacious and quiet, and had all the kitchen facilities we needed. Staff were very nice.

Friendly staff

Noisy, stinky garbage piled at the end of the hallway, no wipes or towels in gym

The entry outside covered in cigarette butts, large dog poop directly behind our car in parking lot, large barking dogs inside hotel, appeared to be long term people housed in the hotel, etc.

Great experience! The room was wonderful!

We had 2 rooms. My daughter had to call and complain because the room next to her had a constantly barking dog! We usually do not stay anywhere that pets are allowed due to allergies and noise. I’m not sure we realized that this hotel was pet friendly. The issue was resolved fairly quickly.

It was clean and the girls at the front desk were really friendly, the room had a full fridge and I mini kitchen with dishwasher and real glass or ceramic table settings and metal silverware and coffee pot.

now for the bad... my husband and I got a queen room for 1 night due to our broken water heater at home. We were almost out of clean clothes and needed to take a shower so i got the idea to rent a room at a hotel with laundry services for a decent price that way we get to take showers and wash clothes too. Anyways, we work graveyard/swing a lot so we decided to do our laundry at night when everyone was asleep so that we could do all of our laundry and not be holding up the laundry room. So we did and early the next morning we were finishing our last few loads and "the manager" a man came into the laundry room and was asking me why I was doing my laundry and what room I was in. I told him my room #. He proceeded to say that the laundry room was for "long time residents only" then said he was going to call corporate. So then I asked my husband to go swap the laundry over because the manager man made me feel uncomfortable. So as my husband is doing as i asked that same manager told my husband that he shouldn't be doing so much laundry. My husband told him that laundry was the reason for paying for the room in the 1st place. Then the manager got mad and said he was calling corporate right away! My husband said please do! Then the manager came to our room at 9:15am. (Check out is at 11am) and he said corporate said to leave us be. But he added that if we were there even 1 minute after 11am he was going to charge my card for another night! I couldn't believe it! He also had the cleaning girl come knock at 10am to remind us that check out was in 1 hour. Obviously we knew that already. So we just packed up early and left. I was so embarrassed by that manager, he was so unprofessional!
