I had a suite because I needed the extra bed. That extra bed was dirty and had green spots on the sheet and blankets stuff in the ottoman

Huge room, very comfy. Like a 1 br apt. Our best find yet on cross country trip from NC to WA. 2 dogs. Great doggie areas. Cooked to order bfast-free! Loved it!

We arrived late and left early so not much to report, but the hotel was nice and met all of our needs. The check in staff was friendly and helpful. The made to order hot breakfast was a nice surprise. Would stay here again.

Loved the room! It was a living room and bedroom with a sliding door between the rooms, both rooms had a tv. Very cozy and relaxing. We got to order a breakfast cooked for us and not just the basic breakfast bar.

The rooms were quite aged and there was an unclean smell in the room. The staff were very friendly and accomodating and the breakfast was very good.

We were told that we had to either go to our room or leave the parking lot because we couldn’t visit with our friends in the parking lot per the manager since it was 10:30 at night. We weren’t being loud, we were just finishing up our conversations and saying bye… it just seemed controlling.
The room smelt like it was cleaned but mopped with a dirty, musty mop so we asked for something to get the smell out.
The breakfast was pretty good though so there’s that.

Nice rooms, pet friendly which worked well for us. Decent pet area and close to restaurants. Great breakfast in the morning and would stay there again.

Everything was good expect that our rooms were on the second floor with NO elevator. Three couples with multiple bags each had to carry the bags up the stairs and half way down the hall to our rooms.

I thought that I had booked a king room. When we checked in, it was an accessbile room. Thankfully, I was able to move to a queen room. Clerk told me that apparently this is default by Expedia and a number of people have been caught off guard by this. The hotel was in a good location, easy to get to. The made to order breakfast was very good.

Would recommend this hotel! Very nice building and rooms. The pool and hot tub were excellent. We enjoyed the made to order breakfast for adults and breakfast buffet for the kids. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

All the staff we spoke with were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable but the air conditioner was noisy and the shower head didn’t work properly.

Very clean. Hot breakfast. Large room and comfortable bed. Transportation to and from airport. They allowed me to leave my car on the property for 3 weeks without charge. Saved over 200 in car park fees at the airport.

One night stay, the hallway had a smoky/dusty smell and our room was a long walk from the door which was strange for a handicapped room. Comfortable bed, clean room and great breakfast.
